Plus, contrary to what those pretentious fucks over at Pitchfork have to say, Morning Phase is a fucking beautiful album and I can't wait to hear him perform some of those songs live.

  I heard beck at Big Day Out in 1996.  It was my first Lakewood Ampitheatre experience.

  All of this Beck talk reminded me that the first tape (cause we're old) my husband gave me (before he was my husband) was a copy of Odelay.  We had seen Beck at the HFStival, and we almost had our first kiss was while The Prodigy was playing, but then didn't because we went with his sister and it was kind of weird.  Man, those were the days.  Thanks for the memories.
