You are such a babe, I take that as the highest of compliments :-*

    Bialy Bagel:
    image

Bialy, a Yiddish word short for bialystoker kuchen, from Białystok, a city in Poland, is a small roll that is a traditional dish in Polish and Polish Ashkenazi cuisine. A traditional bialy, or cebularz as it is known in Poland, has a diameter of up to 15 cm (6 inches) and is a chewy yeast roll similar to a bagel.
Unlike a bagel, which is boiled before baking, a bialy is simply baked,
and instead of a hole in the middle it has a depression. Before baking,
this depression is filled with diced onions and other ingredients, including (depending on the recipe) garlic, poppy seeds, or bread crumbs.[1]

    Sounds yummy :) haha I'm a "babe" :\">

Unusual but not unheard of :) and very exciting! Good luck.
  • ^^^This!!! My dog just leapt off my lap like it had hot coal on it because Sadie is somehow kicking and punching opposite sides of my belly right now. I picture her having a total fit because I'm watching Ink Master. Oh, and Dave Navarro is hot.

  • Mine feels like I squish him when I sit too far forward in a chair because he won't get out of my pelvis! Then I feel him moving around in there and remember to sit back... like he is poking me to get out of the way.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ yes! I am a computer monitor lean-forward-er and I'm always squishing him. He freaks out and makes me pay for it though when her squirms. It's soooo KYOOT!

I kind of have that FTM worry that I am squishing him.
I have this problem. My desk is really deep and i have to sit right up to the edge, but because of the height of the desk chair, desk and the bump i am constantly uncomfortable. She totally likes to tap/kick at the top of my belly and be all excuse me, but i need more room dammit!

I imagine that max is just a hyperactive baby and can't stay still lol. Kinda like a squirrel. He's like "This squishy thing looks fun. Lemme touch it!" Then he finds something else and he's gotta touch that too.

Ermahgerd, the little baby finger pokes and touches are the best! It's so soft and it even feels exploratory. I have seen studies that suggest babies are WAY smarter and more active and aware of their surroundings than science has even touched on yet. I hope I am around long enough to find out just how developed they are in there. It's amazing, I love watching documentaries on them in the womb. Amazeballs stuff ;-)

YESSSS!!! I've always been so fascinated by babies and their development. If you haven't seen it yet, watch "in the womb". I believe it's a national geographic documentary. I saw it years ago and will sometimes watch it just for entertainment. It shows what goes on inside the womb during the entire pregnancy (although it skips a few weeks). I love it!

  • I so proud that my innie bellybutton is hanging on for dear life to remain an innie!

I'm pretty sure several members of my family and my DH have bets going as to what my belly button will become over the course of this pregnancy. I'm hoping my black hole of an innie stays an innie but I can tell it's getting shallower.

  • @jensavicci that is the one I watched too!

You came prepared lol have you seen pregnant in America?
  • I so proud that my innie bellybutton is hanging on for dear life to remain an innie!

Lol! So far mine is too, but I frequently feel this pushing type pressure right on the side of it, and I imagine LO is thinking "what is this thing?! I need this out of my way immediately!!"

  • Y'all I need to name my baybay. It's starting to bug the shit out of me that he's nameless.

What names do you have in mind?

@jojobean86‌ What names do you have in mind?
@jensavicci I have some weird names in mind (I'm one of those people that like odd names) but my husband shoots them all down. (Some of my ideas were Desmond and Bronson). I named our last one (Lathan) so I'm letting my husband have more of the input this time. He has come up with Tristan. So, I've agreed that if I can't think of anything else that he loves, he can have "Tristan" as the name. But for some reason it hasn't resonated with me :( Nothing is sticking!!!

  • So I've been asked to come in for a job interview on Friday & I just realized that I have absolutely nothing to wear! All my business attire is pre-pregnancy size. Hmmmmm, time to go try on everything I own & come up with a solution. I'm not holding out a lot of hope because once they see the belly I'm sure they will decide that I'm not the best choice but I'm hoping my resume & background at least make them think twice before saying no.
  • @jojobean86‌

I like Bronson! It's very masculine and reminds me of a rough tough football player. Maybe Tristan Bronson? I'm sure whatever you come up with will be great though. Good luck!

It's controversial. It's not actually as much on baby development as much as the actual birth. I found it on Netflix so hopefully it's still there. It's about a couple preparing to have their baby and are questioning hospitals and the different birthing procedures. Basically, home birth VS hospital birth. They ask random women a bunch of questions on their births and do some research on a number of things that could go wrong in a hospital. You'd have to decide whether you agree or not. Definitely gets you thinking though.

My back up name is Colin. If I have a third boy it will be Aidan, Gavin, and Colin. I like names that end with n. Really like Bronson too.

  • DH was in a bad car accident Monday night. I don't know how, after seeing the car, but he is fine. Not a single broken bone, no internal bleeding, just sore as hell. I am beyond grateful he's okay and we can live with one family car for now, but I still can't help wanting to burst into tears every time I look at him. I love him so much that it physically aches. I let myself imagine how it would feel if things hadn't been okay. I wanted to throw up. Good Lord, I pray my children stay safe. It's hard enough being a wife, let alone being a mama.
Oh my, I'm so sorry! That had to be terrifying! I'm so glad he is ok!
