Do you watch House of Cards? I always think of Biden compared to Frank Underwood. And laugh because the dichotomy is hilarious.

If Bidden is half as smart, manipulative, cunning and creepy as Underwood then my hats off to him. I don't think he's that good. Underwood is a freaking evil genius.

Well at the 1 yr anniversary of the bombing he did say it was fortunate it happened because they have come so far.. It made me pause. He did clarify but geez.. Who knew losing a leg or two was fortunate..

Didn't any of your parents teach you "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me."? If not write that down and remember it. Not everyone will like you or agree with you 100% of the time, but that doesn't make them a bully or hateful, or mean spirited, or any other term, it just means they have different views than you if you can't take it ignore it.

At the same time, everyone who gets all butthurt of over the "hot topics" around here, grow up, see above, not everyone will agree with you, that doesn't make them evil people.

Some times things here turn into childish witch hunts it is exhausting. Live and let live people, doing so doesn't mean you are agreeing with everything a person says or does, it just means that you can respect that there are different views than yours in the world and that's o fucking k.

You think cake is shameful... great, you don't great, everyone eat whatever it is that makes you happy drink what you will and GTF over it.

Only if you let them... Always do the following: Consider the source, look into it (maybe they are right maybe not) and then forget it. If it's unforgivable forget the person. I've done just fine using this motto... sure, I've had my feelings hurt, still do, but at the end of the day, I get over it and move on.

Easier said than done though. I don't think it's worth getting butthurt over stuff people say on TB, but people who are depressed or suicidal because of constant bullying shouldn't be told to just "get over it and move on".

My UO: I don't think sex offenders should have a 3 strike rule. Why give them 3 chances to ruin/screw up other people lives?

I do want to say, I think some people are wrongfully convicted but their are some that are obvious offenders that get locked up and go out and do it again. They should not get more then one chance.
