@MrsStanton87 I'm so glad I'm not alone! I feel like the only thing that gives me contractions is gas or the need to poop, but I know it's not just gas pains I'm feeling. They start all crampy in my back and get worse, then move to my belly. That's not just gas! What an extremely unpleasant tease
I've been a dirty lurker lately, but I just don't have anything to add. I hope you overdue mamas can get some cooperation here. LOs, you need to come and breathe the fresh air now k? Mine can keep baking a few weeks longer, but if she came sooner it would mean I wouldn't have to go to work, which would be okay also
I had irregular, spaced out contractions all day yesterday. Today, I've had six all day. Such a tease! I have the house spotless, and I'm still nesting, so I made three loaves of french bread when I got off work. Is it wrong that I want baby to come tonight, primarily so that I don't have to go to work tomorrow and spend the day trying to find productive, billable work? My boss and project managers have already passed my normal work onto the coworkers who will be covering for me while I'm out, yet everything I do needs to be billable.
Plus, it was absolutely beautiful and sunny out today, and I wanted to be outside, walking around, trying to induce labor.
Le sigh.

Loving in sympathy - and a little envy! If you go before me, I shal be happy for you but secretly plotting your demise! and what's the bet we both go on the same day! Well my phone is charged...

My phone is charged too, and I check it every time I wake up at night. It's a race to the finish line now!
If it makes you feel better, I didn't have any contractions before I went into labor with DS (not even BH), and he was born at 39+4. I almost feel like it is easier to have not have anything, and then go into full labor spontaneously, than to have on and off contractions for days or weeks.

Also could use some T&Ps. I've had some bleeding and clot issues all evening, it seems to be under control now but they are keeping a close eye on me. Apparently my ute is being lazy because an 8.12 lbs baby is really big for me and stretched my ute to the point of exhaustion and its had a hard time clamping back down.

I'm a little afraid to go to bed... Sleep is so annoying because it's painful, and uncomfortable.
DH has started to comment on my snoring! It's too painful to spend all night on my side, so I end up on my back, which causes snoring! I've usually woken myself up, but last night I didn't, so DH was awake from 430am till about 6ish... I feel guilty but at the same time how sweet he didn't wake me!

Ummmm... Does my DH read RTT? He just came home, emptied the dishwasher, approved of my landscaping initiative, and started cooking dinner. Basically, he set about fixing everything I bitched about here earlier today (except the laundry; he hasn't made it to the bedroom yet).
This puts him in a better position for the name debate to come.
He was tipped off by Mike at the NSA.

George has been an amazing sleeper since he was born, he will sleep 6-7 hours at a time if we don't set alarms to wake up and feed. So of course, my DH goes back to work today and George has barely slept! I'm so freaking tired!! Why did this not happen when DH was still on paternity leave??
I want to lie down so bad but the yoga ball is the only thing helping me through these contractions. After being on the couch for a few hours, suffering through them I finally got on the yoga ball and it feels so much better. So, no sleep for me.
I thought the unspoken rule was don't make eye contact and don't speak to each other. Unless you need advice on how to navigate the T, don't talk to me. Look at this resting bitch face, it's something of an art for commuters up here.

Things I think about during my 4 AM pee break.....what is the longest human pregnancy ever?
Happy thoughts for this morning: no one called to wake me up with stupid comments this AM. I started my day with a cup of coffee and lots of baby pictures. Going to work today means one less unpaid day to take at the end of the school year.
What are y'all's positive/ happy thoughts this AM?

Back to L&D for blood pressure and fetal monitoring later this morning. I'm so tired and LO hasn't been moving as much the past two days. I wish I had the option of declaring myself done with pregnancy. Like waltz in there this morning and be like "it's been real, but let's get this baby out NOW!"
Looks like I get to join the "is it labor or gas pains" game? I'm pretty sure it's not gas because there's no way I can fart right now (believe me I've tried!) Best part? I get to play while at work! :-?
Please baby, make today the day - I can't take another night like last night. Waking up and feeling like I've been hit by a bus is no bueno

LIES! You don't have my son! Waking up every 45 minutes at night is not good sleep.
So tired every single day
At least you get cuddles as a reward for waking up. I get nothing.

Hang in there! There is nothing I can say that isn't annoying, so I will say this anyway:
It's all worth the trouble.
