Hi ladies. I'm a newbie, on the board for just a couple of weeks. I'm 33, DH is 35. This was my first pregnancy and we were thrilled. I started spotting on 2/8 at 7w2d. My OB had me come in that Monday morning for a quick US (my
first). It was such a relief to see our LO measuring right on track with
a good, strong heartbeat. We went home so relieved and excited for our
first real prenatal appointment that coming Wednesday. Just a few hours later, spotting turned to heavy
bleeding, and the worst cramping I'd ever experienced. The on call
assured me that since we *just* saw the heartbeat, everything should be
fine, and my OB said the same thing that following morning. The bleeding
and cramping continued, though not as bad the following day, but never let up. We went in
for our scheduled appointment Wednesday, and when they got to the u/s, we
saw that our LO was gone. I bled for a long time, and finally stopped last Thursday. I have to go for an SIS as soon as my first AF ends because my doctor wants to rule out septate uterus. If I don't have one, we can begin TTC that cycle. I think I have a lot of waiting in my future, so it would be a good time to join you ladies! I'm so sorry we all have to be here, but this board has been a tremendous help and I am so grateful for it. ((hugs)) to those who need them!
Welcome, I'm so sorry for your loss, but you're right this board is an amazing support system ((Hugs)).
@Megrae12 Thank you for asking after me! I'm on cloud nine right now because it's spring, and I just saw the first crocuses blooming today! (I loooove spring).
Next week I'll officially be on my last pack of BC, and I'm starting to get really nervous about the idea of actually TTC. DH is super stoked about it though, so that helps calm me.
CD75, does that answer your question, catch the sarcasm from frustration in that. I have been pretty impatient lately and that is usually a sign of AF but who knows since its been s.o. l.o.n.g.
8-} My next draw is Monday so heres hoping for at least less than 10. It was 24 nine days ago. :P
@MRSG80inTN Congrats, wishing you an uneventful 9 months!
@peggels24 Maybe the noise was your baby dragon hanging out. hehe
My dragon would be purple! I love purple! Does the dragon below look like Barney to you, I don't think so. [-X My phone case, tablet case, winter coat, most water bottles are purple. It can be quite funny when I am wearing my coat, talking on my phone and holding my water bottle. (which is always with me.)
p.s. Dr. Suess quotes are the best!
QOTW: A dragon would be cool but I want a nice one. We could fly and breath fire at bad guys if needed.
Saw my RE for the third time this week. Cyst seems to be deflating slightly but there is more fluid everywhere, it's leaked down into my pelvis as well. They did a blood draw today as well and a BFN.
So now I'm waiting impatiently for AF. RE said pain should lessen once AF hits, it will help clear out all the fluid.
Taking next month off completely and gearing up for first IUI in April.

I'm in Bangor, Maine Nope...few more weeks until warmth and no more snow!
Thanks for the check-in, @megrae12. I hope you are having a good week, lovie!
PR is amazing. Gorgeous scenery, beautiful weather, friendly people. I am listening to the evening rainfall right now, and a nice breeze is fanning me. So peaceful.
My nose is healing - at least the wound isn't open any more. I have a bit of a shiner as some blood must have pooled under my eye. It will definitely be a scar. I'll have to come up with a cool story.
I forgot to temp for 2 days now, and I had an OPK failure this afternoon...so this cycle will probably end up being a mystery. I'm definitely near O, so MH and I have been enjoying the alone time we get.
I'm thinking of all you ladies and sending you lots of love! :x
Sorry I am late responding back, I have been sick all weekend. PR sounds amazing! I am incredibly jealous of you. I would definitely come up with a cool story for your scar, every scar needs a great story to back it up. I have several epic story scars myself FX you get good timing this month!! ((Hugs)) love.

Yay for your blooms!! Spring is making an appearance down here too! My allergies are not happy with that, but I am happy to have the cold go away. I understand about the TTC nervousness. I was the same way when I came off BCP as well. Just remember to take it a day at a time and talk to your DH about everything. That really helped me. ((Hugs)) love!!

Hey love, sorry I am late responding, I was sick over the weekend. I love your purple dragon, so pretty!! FX for your blood draw today, I hope they at least give you Prometrium to jump start. I am so sorry you are still dealing with all of this. ((Hugs)) love.

FX AF shows soon, love! I know what it's like to have a cyst burst and leak etc. It's not fun at all. I know when mine burst AF soon followed, so hopefully that will be the case for you. ((Hugs)) hun.
