I am full of random thoughts today...

I hate milk. But yesterday I got a random craving for milk and I drank a ton. On the same day, my boobs started leaking for the first time. DH is convinced those things are related.

I got a damn splinter in my foot and I can't get it out. Partially because its in there pretty good and partially because I can't keep my foot up long enough.

Also, I just scheduled a play date for tomorrow afternoon so it forces me to clean my house tomorrow morning. I have zero motivation to do it otherwise.

When the FUCK did I mention brownies, woman? -___-;; My MIL drives me up the freaking wall. And I can't even tell her how upset she makes me because 1. she's so dumb it will literally go in one ear and right out the other, 2. in the process of telling her, she'll ramble until I want to strangle her, rendering the entire conversation pointless, and 3. I've been so very good about keeping my bitchiness to a minimum with her, since I know she's not the sharpest tack in the cork board.

@FBW I have repeatedly told both my mother and father that they can eff off when they start saying things like "Hello, Incubator!" and generally acting like I'm nothing more than a vessel for their grandchild. I've recently starting declining visits with them because they do it alllll the time now that we're getting close to my EDD.

Not to sound like a bumpkin or anything, but what is your "Karen?"

Stupid contractions are so uncomfortable now that I can't walk through them, but they've slowed to 4-5/hour instead of every 3-5 minutes like they were all day yesterday. This crap blows.

Also, this is a pic of DD shopping with me at Target tonight. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous.

We went to the grocery store yesterday and I asked DH if we could get one of the race car kiddie carts so I wouldn't have to walk. He laughed like it was a joke, but seriously. I'd rather smash myself into the front of a race cart shopping cart than walk the entire store.

Apparently my baked goods have made DH quite popular around the office. They're having a Valentines Day potluck tomorrow and he asked if I would make cupcakes.

I'm considering intentionally making entirely too much frosting so I can just take a spoon to it when I'm done. I will take any excuse to bake so I can eat frosting.

Most random thing for me today - I keep smelling red vines. Not necessarily a bad thing, because I love red vines but annoying because I don't have any. I blame the four I ate on Sunday for lingering in my mind and causing me to smell phantom licorice.

So I started sorting all the clothes I got from my baby shower... holy shit there's a ton of clothes... and then my OCD kicked in and I started comparing the length of clothes from crotch to neckline and realized how the sizes vary SOOOO MUCH.... so then I had to go through all the piles and compare length...

I have 2 huge trash bags of hand me downs to work on next.

As a FTM this is not a good sign...

OH and on another note... someone talk me into cloth diapering... I go back and forth every week. Here's a sad confession...

really the main reason I want to do it is because I've heard how it prevent blow outs .. but the main reason I don't want to is because they take up so much space in a diaper bag ...

I understand those are pathetic reasons.

All the other reasons kind of even out... I don't care about the costs, the cleanup with disposables seems easier but I'm sure I'll get into a routine, I honestly don't care about the impact on the environment (eh, at least i'm honest), and really I don't even care about the cuteness lol...
