I got 1/2 our driveway shovelled before DD had a total meltdown. She Is so cranky today I don't think I'll get to shovel again until she goes to bed tonight. The 1/2 of my driveway I didn't get to already has over a foot of snow and pretty soon the snow banks are going to be taller than me.
It's -34 here this morning, -43 with the windchill. At this point I don't even need to specify Celsius or Fahrenheit, it's all the same, and damn cold!
@melOHdy Could she be constipated? I just thought of that because she doesn't like other solids other than ones that can be constipating Does she like to be worn at all so then maybe you can at least get stuff done?
@monkeybutt80 I don't know if it is the change in my diet, in my mind, or the actual pills, but my supply is up! I had been getting an ounce a day per side in two 30 minute pumping sessions and am now up to 3-4 per side!
Yay! I was thinking about you and your supply the other day (hope that's not creepy:). I am so glad to hear your supply is up!
@melOHdy I just started wearing J a few weeks ago around the house. I use the hip carry with my ergo and I'm able to get all my stuff ready for work, empty the dishwasher, make lunch, etc. It helps a LOT! The back carry might even be better so you can have more of your hands free.

Can you link to the pills you're using? I can't remember what you said you were trying.
I'm feeling strangely horny today. Would it be bad parenting if I took H to our room when he got home from work and just demanded he take off his pants? I think the kids could fend for themselves for a few minutes...
I'm annoyed. I found an awesome sounding Zumba with your baby class (wear baby in a carrier), not too expensive and the timing works well with my mat leave. But it's 11:30-12:30 which is prime nap time. DD is finally taking an awesome morning nap usually from around 10:30-12 (afternoons are mostly a miss) and I don't want to mess with it.
@heartlikemine How funny! That's the best way to do it and MH says the same about me being overly complicated! Ha! I tell him it's Sonic! They have people order cherry grape coke with extra ice and hot dogs with no weiners! Nothing is too odd or complicated there!
Your baby sleeping in on the one day that you too can sleep in is like Christmas and your birthday had a love child. This day should have it's own name and greeting card and peeps. This child will be taking a shot of prune juice every morning until the day he goes to college.
I was looking for an update from the mom whose LO wasn't rolling or moving yet. A therapist was supposed to come to her house to work with LO. Any progress with LO? I don't remember who it was.
Also, has anyone heard from @foxiloxi ? You don't have to give any details if you've talked with her, I would just like to know that she's doing ok.
@micabush You don't sound controlling at all. When trust is lost, in order to get it back there had to be checks and balances as you mentioned. I wonder if I need to do those things as well and honestly I don't have the energy to do that. Plus I hate that I even have to. It sucks having to be that person... Maybe the counselor will have some ideas regarding my path to gaining trust again. I'm glad to hear that you guys worked it out. That's so hard to overcome and kudos to you for working for it.
@majwv8 - how do you keep the bandstand from sliding around all over the floor? I wound up putting mine on a yoga mat, but LO still pushes it around and makes me nervous!
Re: The thread of all threads!
