Julia was diagnosed with a mild case of thrush at her 1 month appt on Friday. Pedi prescribed nystatin 4x/day, 1ml in each cheek using a syringe. We've been giving it to her for 2 1/2 days and it looks worse. We try to coat her mouth as best as we can but she spits most of it out. Has anyone has luck with nystatin or something else for thrush? The thrush doesn't seem to bother her but I don't want it to get worse and start to hurt or turn in to diaper rash as well. BTW - she is EFF so she didn't get it from me.
