I had some formatting issues this morning, so right now this is the best I can do. I will try to fix the formatting later if I have time.

I am 5dp5dt and had the faintest of faint ghost lines on a wondfo this morning (I thought maybe I was making it up, but DH claimed to see it too, but he might just be afraid to tell me that I am crazy). I honestly didn't think a line could get any fainter than the line I had yesterday, but I was wrong. I am assuming that this is still my trigger, which is cruel 11.5 days past trigger. I am begining to think that I should have stuck to my original plan of waiting until the morning of the beta to test. The whole thing is nerver wracking!

QOTD: I was going to go to a Halloween party on Friday, but DH decided that I shouldn't go because they had a live band and the loud noise might hurt our chances. I told him that he was being a tad on the crazy side, but it worked out ok. I was wiped out and went to bed early. Right now I am planning on dressing up as a black cat for our work Halloween party. It will depend on how I feel, if I am still testing negative on HPTs, I might stay home from work that day. I really don't want to get the news of a negative beta at work.

Ahhh, Twinkie!!!!!! I hope trigger is way out of your system and this is the beginning of a darkening line. Fingers crossed for you!!!!!

We are currently on Day 10 of stims.

RE was worried about OHSS for me, and started me out low (150 Gonal F first night, 112.5 Gonal F second night) and on Day 3 my E2 was only 61. So he's bumped me up to 187.5 for the last several nights, and my E2 is currently 1450. Last night my Gonal F dose was 225. They are thinking that I will trigger on Tuesday night with ER G-dwilling on Thursday. I want the eggs to have their time to mature, but I'm definitely ready to get them out

I pee non-stop and I'm starting to get really bloated. Gained 2lbs since yesterday.

QOTW: Halloween = retrieval please!

@SunnyB Thanks! It's probably still the trigger or just an evap. You pretty much couldn't really see the line until the test dried, which makes it an invalid test. Also it is definitely lighter than the super light ghost of a line I got yesterday, so I am pretty confident that it is still the trigger shot.

I just posted an update in a new discussion thread - we had our 6 week u/s today (well, really 5 weeks, 5 days), and our 1st IVF cycle is a success! Twins!! DH was in tears, I was in tears, my favorite u/s tech was in tears - I am still in shock, but oh so very grateful. I'll plan to start posting on the PAIF board now, but will stick around here for a few more weeks, since it's still so early.

I'm sending happy good luck juju today to all the Pumpkins!!

We had our ET yesterday. (ER = 16R, 10M, 6F) The doctor was so good, I didn't even feel it (even though the mock ET and past IUI's have been mildly painful). He gave us a picture of the two little embies, both grade 1, that he put back. We have it taped to our headboard. I spent the whole day in bed yesterday and am taking it very easy today (didn't go to work). I am constipated and bloaty, but the nurse said I could have GasX and prune juice so I'm hoping those kick in soon (TMI?). Now it's just crossing our fingers for the 2ww. Honestly, twins scare us a little bit, but we want to have two children eventually and this gave us our best chance.

QOTD: We stopped by a Halloween party after a wedding on Saturday. I was pretty wiped out from Friday's ER and the looming ET so we just went as a couple that was just in a wedding. My favorite costume is when we went to a party at my parents' house and we were both dressed up as our fathers. It was pretty epic.

@Twinkie0612 I'm really hoping that's a really, really light BFP and tomorrow's test will be darker!!
@SunnyB yay for stims! The gross feeling will pass, eventually. The non-stop peeing thing doesn't lol, just preps you for pregnancy, hehe.
@sarah_beth2005 congrats on the twins girlie!!
@hopefulsprout good luck!! hopefully the wait passes by quickly for you. Take it easy!

AFM: I'm 5 1/2 weeks along today and I feel great. Saturday I had my first full run in with "morning" sickness but if I just keep eating constantly then I don't feel so bad. Beta #3 was last Friday and came back at 6,600 and this Friday is our first ultrasound. I can't wait!! Everyone in the family is rooting for two to have snuggled in, but I will be happy either way. I'm just grateful for whatever we're given.

Totally understand what you mean about the bloating and having to pee all the time.
@sarah_beth2005 ~ Congratulations! That must have felt so nice to have the pregnancy confirmed via ultrasound!

@hopefulsprout ~ Glad to hear that your transfer went well yesterday. Mine also went a lot better than I expected - I think the Valium helped for me.

Take it easy and hopefully you'll start feeling better soon!

I am just home from ER for ivf#1 and we retrieved 11 eggies:) Qotd: I'm not much of a fan of dressing up but I do remember as a freshman at MSU that I was walking to a party and what was coming towards me but a life size penis and vagina! It was so real looking too!

Just got back from the doctor this morning. My 2nd beta was a 3266 and the ultrasound showed one little guy. He was even measuring one day ahead of schedual at 5 weeks and 2 days. We are offically due June 28, 2014!!!

I am on my 1 hr wait. Transfer went smoothly we transferred 2, the only thing is that they are morulas. The embryologist and RE feel they may be close to becoming blasts but only time will tell. They gave us a 30% chance of pregnancy. I'm nervous and trying to really be optimistic.

@princessisadora GL! It isn't uncommon for embryos not to make it to blast until day 6, so your morulas definitely have a shot.

I'm also 5dp5tdt and feeling discouraged. I may POAS before my beta on Friday, but I don't know yet. I'm scared! I just don't want to go through the pain again.

I'm struggling to stay positive after our delay. I think my body is getting used to the meds because the nitro patch isn't giving me horrible headaches anymore. I just want tomorrow to be here already so we know what's going on. I hate being in limbo.

QOTD: I dress up for work because we do free studio fees when you create in costume. Friday I wore a top hat with a rhinestone spider on the front and a long black lace spiderweb tie in the back. I paired that with some spider webs on my apron and webs for my eye shadow. I was less motivated today so I am wearing a teacup hat and a Halloween apron for a Stepford wife look.

Nurse called a few hours ago and said that my E2 is 1637, not up much from yesterday. She said it's great and correlates with my follicles, which doesn't make a ton of sense to me... they've been counting 15-16 follies, and today most were at 15-16mm. Shouldn't my E2 be higher?

Hi Pumpkins! Congrats to all the BFPs and good luck & hugs to anyone who needs it!

I am not really sure where to be right now after getting our BFN last week. My heart is absolutely broken, and shattered into the littlest of pieces. But I'm going through the healing process and picking up the pieces one by one. My DH has been so wonderful through all of this. That man is like a rock, thank goodness, because one of us has to be strong right now. The doctors are having a meeting tonight to discuss all the new and failed IVF cycles, ours included. I am really hoping they can come up with some answers to explain why this cycle was such a colossal flop. And hopefully a new plan that will work for IVF#2. We'll get filled in on all the details during our WTF appointment on November 4th. I guess I'll get an idea then when we can get started again.

QOTD: No parties here, but I will dress up for work on Thursday given it is sacrilegious to not wear a costume in an elementary school on Halloween. I really don't want any extra stress right now, and don't feel like flopping around to come up with a new costume. I'm totally copping out and am dressing up as a marathon runner. Super easy for me since I am a marathoner and have lots and lots of gear

It's just a matter of which metal to sport, lol

Ok, thank you so much for the info! Do they mature a good amount after trigger?

Smaller follicles can catch up after trigger. My clinic likes to see most of your follicles in the 18-20mm range at trigger.

Thanks @Sunny B... getting knocked off of my training has been a low blow for my spirits (and waist line). I swear, running is my source of strength. Not being allowed to run for 20 days in a row this past cycle almost did me in!!! But I'm back out there now, and I'm starting to remember again how strong I really am

Hi Girls, im 4dp5dt as of today and I'm already getting antsy about the 10 day/2ww. I started some mild spotting yesterday and also today which I am kinda nervous about. I just hope and pray our litlle embie has already snuggled in tight.
My beta is not until 11/4 and hubby wants me to be beta or bust. I am scared of taking an HPT since the last time I took one and for the first time ever, had a positive result which unfortunately ended in an early miscarriage.
I love seeing the BFPs. I hope to see more

QOTD: no halloween parties scheduled as of yet. Theres a pumpkin contest here at the hospital where I work.

Hi Ladies! So excited for the ERs and ETs this week! Good luck to everyone in that stage of the process!

As for me, I got my third beta today - 346! I will take it. My first ultrasound is on 11/5. Today I am exhausted and not feeling well at all. As much as I would love to comment individually on everyone, I am shutting down the computer for the evening. Please know I am thinking of you all!

Wow how fun, positive and encouraging to see so very many BFPs!!!! Makes me hopeful.

Update: 17 follies, 14 eggs, 11 were mature and 8 fertilized = 8 embryos. PGD on Friday and transfer on Saturday if all goes well. Still toying around with 1 or 2 embryos transfer...praying like crazy. Can't wait to hear from lab again. QOTD= I will probably dress up for work on Thursday. I am a teacher
