After 3 consecutive losses in the past year, DH and I are currently 5w2 days with our 4th pg. I'm just curious how you ladies, after losing, pass the time and not freak out all the time!?! I'm struggling. It's an all consuming issue for me, all i think about even at work. Wish I could just fast forward to the 2nd tri : How do you girls focus on other things and "pass the time" ???

I have a mild panic attack leading up to every appointment. Honestly, passing the time between appointments was the hardest, I just focused on doing housework (when I had the energy), working overtime, spending time with DH and our dog.
I know I didn't really offer any specific things, but I really just wanted you to know you aren't alone.

There were some points early on that I would forget or ignore that I was pregnant to keep my mind from gig crazy. I tried to follow as normal a routine as possible, minus drinking and heavy lifting.

It's worse for me because I had a second tri loss, I won't feel comfortable until we're way past that point.
Someone wisely said there will always be something to worry about - you won't stop worrying when they're born healthy, even when they're 30, you'll still be worrying. At some point you have to try to keep the anxiety in check so it doesn't take over.
