As I said in my previous post, I'm having a terrible time coming up with a girl name. We don't know for sure if we are having a girl or a boy, but I would at least like to have one of each picked out-we are running out of time! Our boy name that we have picked out is Reid (with the strong possibility of Isaac as a middle name). Our son's name is Grayden William, but we call him Grady. Based off of these names, what would your suggestions be for a girl name for us? My husband loooooves the name Kinsley Kate, and I only like it for a little girls' name, I don't see it aging very well at all. I do, however, like the thought of using Kate as a middle name, but I also am open to using Jane. I am contemplating the idea of using Camilla or Emogene as the middle name in honor of my grandmothers. (I would like Camilla as a first name, but that name is out for the first name as I have a friend whose name is almost identical). Alright...ready, set, NAME!
Re: Name Grady's Sister!
Is Emogene pronounced anything like Imogen? If so, that would probably be a better spelling. I think it would prevent some mispronunciations.
I think Imogen Kate is nice.
I really like Camilla so tried to go with some names that had the same feel.
Georgia, Cecilia, Linnea, Penelope, Audrey, Annabel/le, Adrianna, Bianca, Stella, Jocelyn.
You definitely have the right idea about Kinsley...keep discouraging your H!
I LOVE Kinsley Kate, so I will always vote for Kinsley.
My two suggestions are Olivia Kate and Hannah Kate.
Grady is our top boy name! Some girl names we like are Brynn, Magnolia, Olive, Gemma, Madeline, and Felicity.
Good luck!
