I know everyone gets really crazy dreams when they're pregnant, but all I ever hear are usually pretty decent dreams. I would kill to have a weird sex dream over the MC dreams that I've been having. Is there anything at all I can do to control these dreams? I'm willing to try anything to not wake up feeling this way.
Re: pregnancy dreams
Not sure about how you can control them. However, I have read (in the context of pregnancy) that dreaming is your minds way of working out your fears and anxiety. Apparently there have been studies that have found that women who dream more while pregnant tend to have easier labors, and also less postpartum depression. It's believed to be because these women have already somewhat confronted and worked through many of their anxieties and emotions through their dreams, making it easier for them to cope during the labor and post-birth process.
But, I know the miscarriage dreams suck. I had quite a few of them my first few weeks. I found they went away after I had seen the baby a couple of times, and everything looked really good. That helped me relax and feel comfortable about the pregnancy. And once that worry had begun to subside, so did the dreams.

Me too! Last night my ex-husband made an appearance.....wondering what this means?!
Ditto! Last night I dreamt the baby was my ex bf's (who tried to kill me irl) and that he had cheated on me and I killed his mistress and was all upset and crap. I woke up this morning thinking "God I wish our breakup had been that easy" haha
