That's good to hear that it was so easy after getting the mirena out, I have one currently and will probably be ttc end of the year.

The numbers sound promising and you never know, a few days this way or that way, also just because you ovulated a certain day or had sex a certain day doesn't mean you conceived that particular day (I think up to 3 days later can happen) plus then you have wait for implantation and the sono's seem to have some wiggle room in the days, even early on.

This. I charted and am positive about the day I ovulated each of my three pregnancies. But early dating ultrasounds said otherwise, and my practitioners all insisted on going off of those (I never had any bloodwork). So I think the due dates they calculated were 4, 5, and 7 days (respectively) too early. If possible, don't get too hung up on a few days' difference and what the doctors think should be expected (even though it can seem significant when you're only a few weeks along). I will keep my fingers crossed that all turns out well and that you're able to have peace of mind until you get confirmation!

Court - this LO growing inside of me is proof that numbers don't mean a thing and even after 2 iffy sonograms that things can still work out! My numbers were sooooooo bad. They were doubling every 96 hours in the beginning and then settled at 72, my progesterone was only 2, and I had spotting/bleeding through 8 weeks and currently have it on occassion due to placenta previa (which they wouldn't know about just yet w/ you as the placenta doesn't show up until 12 weeks). I was in complete denial... until about a month ago, even then up until my appt on Tuesday, I think I was still in denial to a degree that everything was going to be ok.

The first sono I had at 6 weeks measured me at 4, by 8 weeks it was up to 7, and now I'm right on target. Its just so early and the machines really can't get a good read.

Sending good vibes and positive thoughts your way. I was a wreck the whole 1st trimester, and I really didn't much of a reason to be. I just kept telling myself "I'm healthy, I love my baby and I am pregnant today." It might seem corny but it got me through the really anxiety-inducing appts. and milestones. Good luck and Congrats!
