I chose PruEt DHA, which is two pills - 1 vitamin, 1 DHA capsule. I chose it because I like what is in the vitamin, but the DHA is fish-based so I am using another DHA supplement because of the dreaded fish burps. SO gross.
I'd like to find an all-in-one that has everything so I don't have to take 2 pills.
What do you take and why?
ETA: PruEt is a prescription PNV. If you take a prescription one, what is the brand or generic name?
Re: Poll: What PNV do you take?
Target PNV (PM)
Target DHA (PM) this one has never given me fish burps
Citracal Calcium (AM)
B6 (AM and PM)
We'll miss you sweet Debbie Girl (4.21.12) and sweet Cindy Girl (8.9.12)

I take the Target generic or the generic at my grocery store. Depends on where I am when I'm out.
I don' t have Rx coverage and my OB said there was nothing wrong with what I'm taking at all.

Just a tip for you guys with your DHA supplements. Freeze them! It doesn't affect the quality of the omega oils and it can stop the fishy burps because the capsules tend to break down further along in your digestive tract. I've been doing it for years and most of the time it works quite well.
I take the One a Day Women's Formula, and then supplement it with a B complex, folate, Vit. D, and Omega 3's. How many Omega 3's are you ladies taking per day? I take 8 - 4 AM; 4PM

wait what you take 8 omega 3 supplements??
My doc gave me 6 different samples to try, I think I'm going to get a script for PreNexa too. Luckily I have RX coverage...

I tried Prenexa (may be a different name for the same thing) and they taste like chocolate too!
I am considering going back to Prenexa (what I started on with samples). The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have B1, 2 or 3... but my husband (who is a pharmacist) and my dad (OB/GYN) said B1, 2 and 3 are in so many foods that you really don't need a supplement. Plus, the chocolate taste and ease going down was really nice, and its only 1 pill!
