Re: About how many ounces of food is your LO Getting at each solids meal?
Our Solids Schedule:
Breakfast: 1/4c oatmeal & 1 container or jar (3.5-4 ozs) of fruit
Lunch: 1 YoBaby Organic Yogurt (4 ozs) and another container or jar of fruit
Dinner: 1/4c barley & 1 container or jar of veggie
So, total ozs/day is about 16ozs (incl yogurt) and 1/2c cereal.
We do 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner) and he gets about 3-4 oz at each (depending on the meal).
Every once in a while we do a "snack" at lunchtime and it's about 2 oz.
Mix:
4 level tablespoons of dry cereal
Full container of fruit

Finish off with remainder formula in SIPPY CUP (4 oz)

Half container of vegetable
Half container of fruit
Sippy Cup (6 oz)
4:15 ? 4:45 PM ? Feed him meat, vegetable and fruit ? NO FORMULARemaining half container of Meat
Remaining half container of vegetable

7 PM nurse to bedDS gets solids 2-3 times a day. Breakfast is usually a couple tablespoons of oatmeal. When he gets the fruits & veggies, if he's eating an ounce and a half that would be a lot. But he's only been having them the last few weeks, so we're still just introducing foods.
