I called my mw yesterday because I was having really really bad cramping for an hour. I went in and everything is fine, just bad RLP. Anyway, I didn't tell you guys.
I dislike everything my MIL has made for Brady. She keeps making bibs, burp clothes, and little things here and there. I don't know if it's just my dislike of her but I really don't think anything she has made is really cute.
My caffeine intake has been way too high. I just can't say no to the taste and bubbles of an ice cold Coke Zero.
i did this whole pregnancy soda free (i needed to give up my coke anyway) and i was so proud of myself..then these last 2 weeks ive been giving in and having a few..so wrong but im nearing the end and im giving up
1. All the horror stories about leaking fluid have me so freaked out that anytime I have discharge that is more than usual or even the least bit watery - I am a sniffing fool.
2. I may or may not eat the entire box of Swiss Cake Rolls I bought.
My mom annoys the crap out of me. And the sad thing is that I know it's all me. She's a lovely, nice women and I just get annoyed with the stupid stuff.
I snapped at her when I walked in the door last night because I needed a few minutes to unwind. All she said was, "How was your day?"
Ah... I'm a biitch.
I did the same exact thing to my mom yesterday. But seriously...I didn't want to talk on the phone but knew if I didn't answer she would have freaked out and started calling my cell, my work, my dh. UGH...I just hate talking some days...to anyone!

I've just been bad these last few weeks too. I am to the point of "I don't give a shiit" and it has been kind of nice!
My caffeine intake has been way too high. I just can't say no to the taste and bubbles of an ice cold Coke Zero.
I've tried to limit myself to one caffeinated drink a day. However, I've def. had more pop than I should (sprite, caffeine free stuff).
Little Man (4 years old---holy cow) He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be. He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.

I feel the same way about my dad!
Me too with my dad and step mom. I am such a biitch for no good reason.
I was trying to hold out on any sweets until today, when I'd get a milkshake at lunchtime! But on Wednesday, my boss suggested ice cream and I caved... I'm considering the milkshake anyway...

I was wondering where you were yesterday. There were a few posts that I knew you would have responded to if you were on! Glad everything is ok!

I was mean to my mom yesterday too... Because she washed my dishes at my house and didn't put them in the drainer the way I like... You can bet I feel like poop today.
The baby shower post really annoyed me yesterday. I have a HUGE issue with people who are like "my DH shouldn't have to got o the shower because how could he possible be excited about baby stuff"
UGH! Now... someone tell me why we allow the idea that baby stuff is "women's territory" to continue? SO annoying. I personally don't get my giddy up from diapers, strollers and bedding but its for the baby, not me. Its not really about ME... its about the new life the DH and I both created. I just don't get why the "its boring" rational still holds up.
I do not expect my husband to stay for the whole shower since it will be all women and he will not have anyone to really talk to. However, he will be there to greet our guests and thank them for coming and supporting us. He will also be there at the end to personally thank everyone for their attendance and the beautiful gift they have shared. This to me is just good manners.
I don't want my LO calling my DD "sissy". I can't stand it, and some people are already referring to her as the "big sissy". It really makes my skin crawl.

Since the majority of us are registry judgers to some extent (including myself) I must confess... I put the Belly Bandit on my registry. I put it on mainly for the completion discount but I think my friend that recommended and loved it may get it for me.
I had to go to L & D last night. While I was laying in the room strapped to everything, my thoughts were directed to the two screaming ladies in labor. The hospital is beautiful, private rooms, etc. but not sound proof. It scared the bejesus out of me. It got me in panic mode!!!

I agree with having your DH come at the end of the shower to thank guests for coming/help get the gifts in the car. I don't think DH needs to be there both at the beginning and the end though-that's overkill. One thank you is sufficient IMO.
I think people share way too much personal info on these boards. While it makes for great entertainment, I feel bad they don't know what shouldn't be shared. I also think they are portraying themselves as trash.
1. I don't like Pooh Bear. I think he's annoying as hell and I refuse to have any Pooh Bear stuff in my kids nursery.
2. I will probably watch the Kate + 8 (with special guest star, Sarah Palin!) special because of the LOLz factor.
3. I hate pregnancy hormones.
ETA:
4. That loss post yesterday freaked me out. Every time I went to the bathroom yesterday I was terrified I'd see goo on the TP that wasn't normal.
5. When I see people post what they've eaten that day and they're like "OMG! I'm a cow! I've eaten so much food today.", I usually look at what they've eaten and I'm like, "Wow. That's not much food. No wonder they're so hungry."
Unable to even.

You don't understand the appeal of Benedict Cumberbatch / think he's fug / don't know who he is? WATCH SHERLOCK. Until you do, your negative opinion of him will not be taken seriously.

I hate when people act like owning a home and getting a mortgage is a right that they are entitled to.
A few days ago there was a post with a link to an article concerning a couple who was turned down for a mortgage "because she was pregnant". If you read the details, they were turned down because she was not going to be working anymore and they did not qualify for the mortgage based on the husband's income alone. Of course you'll be turned down - and you should thank the bank for that - because you can't afford it!! All the focus was on that the pregnancy was the direct cause of the decline.. which it obviously wasn't.
My Mom is half as*ing stuff for my shower and my friend that is helping has been coming to me for people's address information.
My Mom just called and I asked her who "Michelle" was and she FLIPPED out on me telling me to mind my business and she would get to it when she got to it... all I was wondering was who she was so I could get her address.
I told her that when my friend called for info and help she can't keep blowing her off or stuff won't get done. Apparently I'm a "whiney brat who should mind her own business".
I drink a glass bottle root beer every night because it reminds me of beer...I miss beer.
That is why they make NA beer. Labatt Nordic is pretty good, so is O'Doul's Amber.
DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
Since I'm dehydrated I am drinking TONS and TONS of water. I've already had a gallon since I got home at 7 am. (And therefore peed 15 times) I will have one freaking capri sun if I want to today, I don't care what my DH says.

I have been losing my cool with my parents as well... and DH whole family... just not to their face. I CANNOT STAND how all over me they are... in person and on the phone. Now I am lucky I ahve great in-laws but the second they heard I was KU, all sense of privacy and personal space went out the window! UGH... no i do not want to discuss the following with my MIL: discharge
nipples
stretch marks
breast feeding (and what to do if your nipples are dry)
my vagina in general
bowel movements
these just name a few
OH and NO i will not share my name list with you! And stop trying to trick my DH into telling you when I am not around... you were told no... try to deal

This drives me nuts.
Or what about the lady who thought stores should let her use their private restrooms just because she's pregnant? Uhhh.... Does she want to pay their insurance premiums?
She's an adult and knows she has to pee all the time. She should plan her trips accordingly.
However, I do think it's stupid if maternity stores or baby stores don't have a restroom. Hello? Your target audience has to pee ALL the time.

Cause if you don't, I'm turning them into dish rags....
