I just cut up about a pound of beef and its marinating in teriaki sauce in the fridge. How should I cook it later?
I can bake it, but I don't know for how long and at what temperature.
I also have to stir fry some bell peppers for dinner so I could do all that together.
The steak isn't very thick (it was a tenderized sirloin) and it's cut into 1.5 inch strips.
Any advice?
Re: How long should I cook this?
Meat - just a few mins in a frying pan on medium heat.
Peppers - once the meat has cooked for about 2 mins push it over to one side of the pan. Add peppers. Cook peppers for 2 mins or so on the other side. Mix together and cook for 2 more mins.

stir fry it with the bell peppers, since the meat is cut thin, it will cook quickly and then I'd serve it over rice
if you have a non-stick pan, you don't really need a lot of fat to cook it in so it's a pretty healthy option as well.
