I can seriously barely walk, I have a desk job and I get up on ocassion and am in sooo much pain that I can barely move. I feel like I've been kicked a million times down there. Any ideas on how to help ease the pain?? I've got to try and make it through 1.5 more weeks of work before I'm done.
Re: Anyone else's vag in a lot of pain after getting up (from sitting)?

yes and it's pretty unbearable. i got this tip from a doula on mothering.com:
stand up straight and lace your fingers under the lowest part of your belly (sometimes it's easier to have H do it for you). then CAREFULLY lift it up...not up and in, just up. it relieves the weight on your pelvis and feels AWESOME.
It's weird cause you would think it would be easier on us with desk jobs not having to walk around all day, but it actually can have the reverse effect.
When I get up after sitting for too long I feel like LO is ready to just fall out of my crotch!! Not to mention that it takes me a minute to take my 1st couple steps due to the pain... I actually feel better once I start walking for a little bit, so at work I try to stand up at my desk and stretch during the day and walk around a bit every hour or so to keep things mobile, LOL
This.
I have been propping my feet up to help with this. It takes the pressure off my pelvic area. Of course if I sit in this position too long my back starts hurting, there is no easy solution.
