Praying to those real estate angels again...

We just had another showing on the house. DH went down to open the place up and make sure it was immaculate and to start a fire.

They were there for AN HOUR. DH pulled up as they were leaving, and they said that it was a beautiful home, very well staged, and showed perfectly.

Here's hoping that this week brings us an offer that I can afford to accept!!

    Did your DH get the job in Ohio?

    He goes up again on March 2nd, but I think it's pretty much a done deal. The guy called his current boss (oops... I think the cat is out of that bag) and is putting together the benefit info.

    If these people buy the house, I can be out in a matter of days. Call PODS and get the hell out of Dodge.

    I hope this is it.

    People ARE buying. Just keep your chin up. It will happen! My brother has been outbidded a few times and just finally got a house a few days ago.
