Once I stopped EPing I started trying to work out again (I could never find the right balance of excercise with EPing--supply tanked everytime I tried). Well, I started jogging a couple of times a week about 6 weeks ago and then 2 weeks ago started jogging 3 times a week and doing weights/exercises 2 times a week. It's been really hard work and I've only still gained weight, although that's leveling off some.
But I was so excited on my jog today because I am running the same route I started 6 weeks ago and it used to take me 34 minutes to run it. I've slowly been shaving time off but today I ran it in 28 minutes, 56 seconds! I know taking 5 min off doesn't sound like much but it's a lot to me!

i've never been much for running.
i worked out for the first time yesterday. (since giving birth)
and boy do i feel it today, so i'm taking a break today.
but good for you! that is great!
Ummm...I just started working out again--after Scott was one year!! I think you are doing way better than me! And from what I can gather, I'm guessing you are still going to be exercising more than me...
