Two Under 2

nervous about sleep issues.....

We are expecting DS #2 Aprl 4th, DS#1 will be almost 16 months and still doesn't STTN!  His sleep has been horrible lately, he wakes up during the night and will stay awake crying on and off x 2-3 hrs at times, we are working on sleep training again so hopefully it will get a little better before this LO comes along.

Has anyone dealt with a toddler who doesn't STTN and a newborn at the same time?  I feel like I am going to lose my mind due to lack of sleep once this LO is born and it has been stressing me out.  I am very lucky though that DH is so helpful, he gets up with DS a lot so that I can get some sleep, but once I am BFing DS#2 I know I will be up a lot as well.

Just looking for some reassurance from others who have gone through similar situations, I am really stressing myself out thinking about handling the 2 at night!

  • My 3 year old still doesn't sleep through the night! He's not up every night but most. Luckily DS2 is a better sleeper as a baby than DS1 was. DS2 gets up once or twice a night. So it's not to bad. However they are BOTH sick now and I haven't slept i
