I kind of just made one up... I used ground turkey and added some pureed sweet potatoes, oatmeal cereal, garlic powder and a little bit of marinara sauce. I made them into teeny meatballs and baked them. Sorry I don't have any measurements!

Here is the recipe I make all the time. I gave Ty some last week and since I made them for us I just cut his up really small. I cut up the pasta small too, and fed it to him with a spoon and he loved it. Then I put some more cut up meatballs on his highchair and he was feeding them to himself demanding more!
I've also made them with half ground beef, half ground turkey before.
1 c. oatmeal 1 c. nonfat milk (NOT DRY!!!) 1/2 c. egg substitute (equal to 2 eggs) 1 T. dried parsley 2 t. onion powder 1 t. salt (optional) 1/2 t. ground black pepper 1/4 t. ground nutmeg 2 lbs. ground turkey
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix the first eight ingredients. Add ground meat and mix well.
Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Arrange on baking sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 12 minutes or until done.
148 calories 6 g fat (if using 7% fat for turkey) Makes 48 meatballs and 4 meatballs in a serving

I mixed up ground turkey, bread crumbs, oregano, rice and pur?ed carrots. I didn't really measure....just through stuff in to get a good consistency.
They were good, but I think I would add a bit of garlic next time.
This is my meatball recipe, the homemade BBQ suace is amazing also. Just an FYI it makes a lot.
