Rach's post reminded me that I have no plans for Tops this summer. I was/am considering sending Jack to the Y for a week of day camp, but I can't find anything for a 2 y/o. Does anything exist (in NW Austin/CP/RR)?
Our preschool always has week long summer camps, all with a different theme. We've never done it, they're kinda $$ for us, but if you want to know where S goes just let me know.
Well I'm signing Ben up for preschool summer day camp (ALL summer, every day, even through August!!!)
They have day camp for ages 2+.
It's Jewish day camp though.
August you say?? Do you have to actually be Jewish?
No, no you do not. But there will be Jewish components in the activities and curriculum.
The August session is from 8/6 - 8/17 because I think that gives just a week off before AISD starts their regular school year. There are five two-week session. You can choose which sessions to attend, how many days/week, and how many hours per day (the core day being from 8:30 - 2:30).
I'm not sure if they'd appreciate Tommy's current fave song, "Good Morning, Jesus"
I'm a tiny bit jealous of the everyday thing.
Puh-lease! Do you know how many times Ben says to me, "Mommy, you know that Jesus is your friend, right? And he loves you. Do you love him?" Ahhh, the pitfalls of putting your Jewish kid in a Methodist pre-school.
The JCC has A LOT of interfaith families. I'm pretty sure they've heard it all.

would you FB me?
We're actually leaving town in late June (for our month long, feels like an eternity, trip to VA) but I would love to have him somewhere for a week or two before that!

One World Montessori has a toddler camp

I think it's every day (just morning or all day) and you can do it by the week or sign up for whole summer
