My husband and I have been trying for a year! I had an early miscarriage ( chemical pregnancy) last December 12th........I am due to start Dec 15 this year but I have had really sore breast the last week and half....fingers crossed but I always do and it is NEVER positive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrr
After being off BC - 11 months of "not trying" (had been on the Depo shot and it took a while to get cycles back to normal... will never take Depo again!)... 1 month of actively trying using OPK.
DH came home from a 5-month military course December 7th, got an unexpected (unexpected by me anyway) BFP January 10th.
So there's this boy. He kinda stole my heart. He calls me "Mom"
We tried for 1yr, started seeing a RE in September and got our BFP 12/4! I have pcos so I was taking Clomid and metformin to acheive this pregnancy. Good luck and stay hopeful!
With DS it took 2 years, due to thyroid and PCOS issues, DD was conceived 7 months after I had DS. Just 3 months following my first PP period. Even with thyroid/PCOS issues, so that was pretty amazing.
Right now we're looking for 3u3, but my body seems to be falling back into it's original difficulties, plus I'm in the process of weight loss which can change my cycle and such. We are only on cycle 2 anyways so I'm not worried.
It will come, try to have fun, do things that help you de-stress, and chart, chart, chart!
It took us 8 months. I was in a very stressful job and the month after I left, it happened. I think my body knew when the time was right. It will happen for you too!!!
the first time, it took one cycle. but miscarried at 6weeks. discovered i have PCOS 4 months later. conceived again exactly one year after the miscarriage. all things considered, it wasnt a long wait. don't wait more than one year to see a specialist. go get checked out! it will only save you time. its hard to be patient but it is important! educate yourself and see a doctor and you will be fine!
I had my tubes untied Feb 14, 2011 and had to wait 2 months to ttc after surgery for healing time. Then I took 2 rounds of Clomid and was pregnant in July, I will be 22 weeks tomorrow with my 6th blessing of our lil boy. Once we stopped trying I was pregnant and we only did the deed on July 21 and July 25th, so it was one of those days, just pray and try to relax hun..Tracy
3 months the first time (had a miscarriage) and it was a year exactly almost to the date I got my BFP Birthdays have good luck with consepion my now 8 week old dd was made on dhs birthday haha. good luck its hard and sucks but use every means possable out there.
Ps I didnt think I was pregnant But the week before I tested I just said no I am listen hear body I controll you and your gonna make me a baby Im pregnant and thats that. and sure enough I was just lay down the law with your own body haha eh its worth a try anyways.
I tried for 4 years to get that BFP. It finally happened last month, after getting divorced, selling my house and quitting my job. Strange timing but I'll take it! Good luck to you, and hang in there!
