I am so overwhelmed by your kind posts.  I have read every reply.  For those of you that sent me PMs, I promise to get back to you, but it may take a couple days.  It is a great feeling to be part of such an amazing group of women.  I even recognized most all of the screen names and it was great seeing some ladies back from when I joined the bump several years ago with little cuties in their siggys... I do remember you even if you were quietly rooting me on for several years.

You all are too generous and a special thank you to Sweetdahlia for organizing a card collection.

Because baby B was born with a HB, it is considered a live birth, so we had to name him and went with Robert Paul.  They encouraged us to also name baby A born without a HB and we chose Duane Alexander.  We were waiting for the anatomy scan (supposed to be 8/24) and hadn't discussed names yet, so we decided to go with some family names from our late grandfathers.

When they did bloodwork, my white blood count was high so they said likely I had an infection, which presumably caused the preterm labor.  Because my white blood count was high, I had to remain in L&D for 2 days.  After I was released yesterday, we had to go to the funeral home to arrange transfer from FL to IN... we have never been in that room of a funeral home before and we have no desire to be there again anytime soon.

I haven't been on here as much as usual in the last few days and I hadn't heard about your twins.  I'm so sorry you and your DH have to go through this.  Wish I could offer more support than a (big) long distance hug.

I'm glad that the posts have brought you some comfort, but I wish there was more we could do to ease your pain.  You are an amazingly strong woman and I know you and your husband will get through this, I just wish you didn't have to.  I think the names you chose for your boys are perfect.  I'm sure your grandfathers love that special honor and are holding and caring for their namesakes right now.  I can't imagine having to deal with funeral arrangements, and especially out of state ones at that.  I hope the whole process goes as smoothly as it can and you're able to find some peace soon.  We're all here for you no matter what you need from us.  *big hugs*
