Does anyone here following Babywise have a spreadsheet to print out and keep track of feedings/sleep/poop/etc . I've seen them online before but now Google is failing me!
I just used the Itzbeen timer to keep track of feedings. At the 2.5/3 hour mark (you hit the button when you first start to feed), I'd wake up the baby to eat if he wasn't awake yet. After feeding, I'd try to keep him awake for a little bit and then put him down for a nap.
Spreadsheet sounds like a lot to keep up with!

Thanks! I'll check out the Itzbeen tomorrow.
I know, the spreadsheet does sound like overkill. I was hoping to just have something printed out so that me, DH or the nurse can just jot down the times.
Our hospital gave us a sheet to fill out tracking how many feedings and wet/poopy diapers for the first few days. Then they looked at it at the postpartum checkup to make sure baby was eating enough and all that. Your hospital probably has a form, too.
If you have a smart phone there are apps to keep track of feeding/diapers/sleep etc. Some of them are free, or cheaper than the itzbeen. We just used a paper spreadsheet. We didn't do it for babywise, we did it to track her habits for the first couple of months. It's amazing how she pretty much put herself on an every 3 hour schedule. But, if she wanted to sleep more, we let her. I'm not a big fan of putting babies on a schedule so young, but to each their own. We probably just got lucky, because she pretty much STTN on her own starting at about 8 weeks.
I married a ginger.
