Irregular cycles and spotting...

I started taking Vitex and B6 in an attempt to regulate my cycle. After 6 weeks of taking these, I started spotting and it hasn't let up for the last 3 days. I have never had brown spotting before so I am not sure if this is bad or not and I can't decide if I should quite the Vitex and B6 altogether...my first RE appt is on the 14th. Anyone else experience this side effect while taking Vitex?

I forgot to mention....I am on day 14 of my cycle which is usually anywhere from 36 to 68 days, so not in the TWW or anything.
