BRU completion coupon?

When do you get it?  I would hate to have to wait until after LO is born to recieve it b/c I'll need all the stuff before then.

I've been told that you can change your due date so you get it earlier but I would love to have it right after my shower so I can use any gift cards to finish of my registry.

Does anyone know how this works?

I don't know if they'll send it earlier if you change your due date, but I've been told you can ask them to print it for you at the registry desk if you haven't received it yet - they can check the system to make sure you haven't gotten one already & then print it out for you to use.  This is what I plan on doing after my shower so we're not paying full price for anything.

If I remember correctly, the lady that helped us with our registry said we would get it a few weeks before our due date. I am not 100% sure about this though.

In most places it's 10%, but at a handful of locations where there is a direct competitor like BBB or USA Baby within a certain distance (usually 5-10 miles), it's sometimes 15%.  It should say in the paperwork you got when you started your registry (if you started it in a store) what the discount you'll get is.

it comes one month before your due date. i would just change my due date and then keep it for when my shower is over. i don't have a bru registry though.

When we registered the lady informed us to put the date of our shower and not our due date so that we get the completion coupon in time. We actually just received it in the mail this week.

We were told it comes 2-4 weeks after your due date. I'm having two showers so I put a due date that is in between both showers. I was told you can change your due date online.

Just an FYI, we never even used the completion coupon that we got w/our registry for DS.  So many people got coupons when they bought stuff off our registry and they put the coupons in our cards for the shower so we had more than enough 20% off one baby item coupons to get anything else we wanted/needed for a better discount.  Hopefully the same thing will happen to you ladies and you'll save more money!

I put my due date as my shower date which is 11/7/10.  I just received both of our completion coupons from Target and Babies R Us and both give 10% off of everything on your registry.
