LOL sounds like something DH would do
We take Jack out to restaurants with us a lot.
Okay, not a lot. We don't go out a lot.
But when we do go out, we always take him.
He is usually very quiet and polite, and wants for nothing the whole time. Sometimes he'll squeal a bit, but that's it. We had him in the OG today, sitting in his booster seat (I love that thing) and he totally just chilled and charmed the waitstaff.
We got tons of refills. Lol.
well ladies, i am whooped. i am takin one for the team and going to attempt to sleep in the bedroom! ahhh

Truthfully, we probably haven't been out too much because of our work schedules. But I'm PT now, so I won't have to work every damn weekend, we'll probably be able to go out more. I definitely think it's something I can talk DH into doing.

Lol, nice. Bun worked 7a-7p today, so when he got off work, he pretty much hit the sack immediately. Both my boys are sound asleep and it's not even 11pm. O_O It's going to be a long night.

Right now I'm supposed to be reading Richard Russo's Straight Man for a different class. I have to finish it by Monday and have yet to start. I figure I can work it out tomorrow.
Pretty much this for me, lol. He ambushes me all the time when I'm all fugly and whatnot.

I tried my reg jeans on last week, and I was glad that I could pull them up...I just couldn't button them. It's okay though, I'll wear them eventually. Hopefully it will stay warm here for awhile longer, lol!

DH and I are actually discussing them as if we are pregnant.
We're not TTC for another year. It's pathetic, but I feel your pain!!
Lol, when I get dressed up Bun's always suspicious. Today I went and picked him up from work and we went to dinner. I had on a cute top and some jeans I just started fitting into again, and he was like, "Um...why you dressed up?" And I was like, "Dude, I'm not even wearing chap stick. I just have cute clothes on because I was out all day and hadn't had time to change." So he was like, "Oh good. I thought you thought you were going to get some. You're not. I'm tireeeddddddd."
So I was like, "Guess you're buying then." :P
Haha, well yesterday was my first night as PT, but I got called off and got to stay home, so it's been great so far!!
I'm just looking forward to being able to not have to sleep everyday or every other day and missing out on DS doing new stuff. I'm also excited I'll be able to help out more around the house. I feel like a slacker at home since I'm not really helping out much. I don't think I've cooked dinner more than 3 times since working.

Yeah, there's no way I'd have this willpower if I didn't have to for C. It makes me feel a lot better about food when I look good, lol.

I just love it that when I'm tired he will try his hardest to have sex with me, but when he's tired it's a closed subject.
So, embarassing confession:
I put a pair of jeans on last night because my others were in the laundry. They fit really well, all the way up until the button. I could do it, but it was mega uncomfy. So, I figured, we're just running to Wal-Mart to pick up a movie, and my t-shirt is long, I'll just wear them unbuttoned.
We ended up going to Wal-Mart, the rental place, IHOP, and a local baby consignment store. All with my pants unbuttoned. Oops! :P
What do you do?
I feel you; when I'm in school, I slack with the chores, and even with my "me" stuff, like writing, pleasure reading, and getting together with my friends. I have a one track mind.
LOL! That's okay..when I was pregnant with Libby I didn't want to give up my favorite pair of pre-pregnancy jeans...so I jury-rigged the button hole with a rubber band to make them fit a little better. We then went out to Home Depot and the rubber band snapped in the middle of the store. It hurt, and my pants were falling off my butt for the rest of the shopping excursion

I genuinely like these posts. I feel like I don't have a lot baby related to talk about, but in random posts like this, I get a lot closer to the rest of the board. I am generally holed up in a couple of chatzies, lurking on two or three different boards, doing homework, FB, and window shopping all at the same time, but because of the pace of this post, I have to give it my (almost) undivided attention. That's why I only do them at night, after the kiddo's asleep; I'd hate to start one and then run off!
The very essence of a corset is sexy. It wouldn't matter if you were a whale; you get a corset on, and you are a thing of passion and desire, strapped in and ready to rock. I am sure H appreciated it.
Bun, on the other hand, hates lingerie. "I just end up having to take it off anyway...". Ah, you old romantic, Bun. : LOL

I wore my pre-preg jeans, buttoned, until I was almost 30 weeks pregnant. I had some maternity jeans, but I hated them, so I normally just wore yoga pants anyway. But, I didn't really "pop" until late. I wonder how much sooner everything will happen if there's a next time around. Hmmm.
I'm the same way girl! Everything falls to the wayside when I'm working.
I'm a nurse on a regular cardiac floor. Nothing special, it's typically people with chest pain and respiratory issues, along with a lot of elderly. I actually am stepping down from being in charge to going back on the floor to be part time. I usually love my work though, it's just sometimes non-stop and I can hardly pee during my shifts. I'm hoping it won't effect my need to pump at work.

Bryan's like a horny teenager, he's ALWAYS up for it. He could be up for 24 hours and fall asleep, and if I woke him up 5 mins later he'd be ready to go.
And it is slow. I don't like chatzy as much cuz it's hard to keep up w/ so many different conversations. Here, quoting makes it easier.
You'll more than likely pop sooner. You couldn't tell I was pregnant with Libby until around 24 weeks, but with Lucy I had a very noticeable bump by 16 weeks.
Is Bun warming up to a second time around? Is that why he gets suspicious when you look cute? He thinks you're gonna trick him into a baby?

That sounds intense! I hope it doesn't interfere with pumping. Did you guys read the post of that bumpie (a teacher) who had to store her milk in the nurse's fridge and her principal was trying to get her pay docked for the time she spent pumping? So ridiculous!
I have never pumped, BFd, or anything, but I understand that it's often difficult and time consuming. Adding work or school to the mix would likely be the death of me. I respect the sacrifices you girls make.
(That is, until you get smug and all "FF is poison!" and then I'll e-beat your butts. :P)
I could never work days, it's so annoying. All the doctors and meals and the patients going down for tests...ugh, it would drive me batty. At night at least I'm more in control of what's going on. The downside though, for some reason at my hospital, the majority of our admits are at night.

That's the stupidest thing I've heard in a long time about that principal wanting to dock pay for time pumping. I would have to slash his tires or something...accidentally of course!
I was in my regular clothes for a while because I lost 15 lbs in 1st tri from being sick all the time. Then I gained it all back x3, lol.
