Hey ladies, I am starting to have a real hard time with pain, numbness from laying down. I try to change poistions often but my back and sides hurt. Anyone have any good tips? Thanks!
it's miserable, isn't it?? I borrowed a pregnancy pillow (snoogle) from a cousin and it really helps to "cuddle" me and ease the pain some. I get up every 1-2 hours to go to the bathroom and I switch positions then. If it gets really bad I take Tylenol. hang in there!

I know, I wake up with hip pain and leg pain every other hour! Which is weird cuz I have always been a side-sleeper and before being pregnant I never had the hip pain... My friend just gave me her pregnancy u-pillow to use so I hope it'll work!
