Addie is running around as a nudie pre bath and she farted. Matt said, what was that? she pointed at me and said, "Mommy tooted." nice huh?
Ha! Reagan is very into announcing when she toots right now.
Jakob announces it as well, he'll say, "I farted momma! Escuse me!" Also if DH happens to burp Jakob will say, "Escuse me daddy, you burped." before DH can say excuse me.
Jakob's favorite phrase right now is "I want some-ting else." In the morning DH will watch CNN and he and Jake will eat breakfast while I'm getting ready for work. While the lady news anchor is on Jake watches intently, but if there is a guy anchor on, Jake will tell DH, "I want some-ting else. I no watch this." Pretty women always get/keep his attention. LOL
Ugh. The in-laws are in town which has meant no naps for Orion. He just refuses to take one even though we made him stay in his room for two hours this afternoon. Unfortunately no nap also means night terrors. I'm listening to him scream in his room right.
I told Addie to clean up some jelly she spilled on the floor. So she put down a paper towel, layed on it on her belly and spun around the floor. I never have that much fun cleaning up.
Reagan apparently got a hold of a sharpie yesterday and drew on the wall & windowsill. I guess Dad tried to clean it with a wet washcloth because today she grabbed a washcloth from the bathroom and was scrubbing away. When I asked her what happened she just kept repeating "I'm so sorry Mommy" over and over.

This reminds me of the movie Pippi Longstocking. Where she scrubs the floor by putting brushes on the bottom of her shoes.
i can finally put my engagement ring back on. my wedding band is still too tight but it's a start. granted, i will miss how preposterous my fakey was but i wore my grandmother's band most of the time anyway
maddy ate some of dh's bright green spearmint snoball last night. i forgot to warn my mom today. she about freaked out when she changed her diaper this afternoon.
So I have the Best and Hottest Products event tonight. and I get to choose one of the products to come home with.... it goes in order and you pick a random number ... but which of these items would YOU choose?

just curious... it's a cool event. wish they had one in houston.
The PlasmaCar. They had a vendor at the Rodeo and looked like SO MUCH fun. But... we had already spent too much money and I wasn't willing to carry it around all day. lol

My coworker's son did this - and he wondered why mommy was mad b/c we can "just paint the room black" so no one would notice. ;-)

they freaking rock. that's Addie's big present for christmas this year. we went ot dairy ashford skate a few weeks ago and a friend and I stole them from kids to race.
Sarah has been wanting to wear pig tails everyday lately. So today I was going to put her pink bows on them. She threw a fit...that is until I told her they were just like Reagan's bows. Now she won't take them out

See...works doesn't it. I laugh every time Scott tells Reagan its time to go to sleep and when she doesn't want to he tells her Sarah is sleeping and she says ok.

we took Addie to her first movie today, Over the Hedge at Studio Movie Grill. Out of all our friends she was the only one who made it to the end. Apparently a basket of fries and naked turtle booty on the big screen can keep her happy for a couple hours.
i am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that we get into our 1st choice MDO program. we are first on the waiting list, and final payments were due last week, so if we're in, we should hopefully hear this week or next....
it's bedtime trouble again. At night we do a bath, book and put her in bed. after a round of the ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle it's lights out. then addie calls out right as you get to the door...
"WAIT!!! uh...." followed by, where you going? whatcha doing? another hug? last one? etc.
we say nght night and shut the door, but it's hard to hear her calling for me for a while WAAAAAIT MOOOMMY!
it's worse then CIO, that didn't last long at all. but if we go back in it will be hours of chatting with her. It's not that she's not tired, just interested in what's going on.
The sweetest thing happened this morning. I was feeding Calla on the couch and Orion climbed up beside me. He was talking to me and Calla popped off the breast, looked up at him, and gave him the biggest, gummiest smile. Melted my heart.
This morning I was kissing the kids bye. I gave Avery her kisses and went to give Joseph his (he was in Avery's lap) and she pushed me away and said, "No, no Mommy. MY baby Joseph."
My poor sweet Sam lost his voice yesterday. He is so miserable. He's coughing a lot and his throat hurts, and he tries to cry/cry out, but he can't. It's so heartbreaking to watch. We took him to the doc, and he doesn't have an infection or anything. Just a cold.
DH and I had a date last night. I tried to put on the same pants I bought for a wedding when I was 7 weeks postpartum with O. I couldn't button them. Apparently I am fatter at almost 4 months pp with C than I was at 7 weeks with O. Depressing :-(.

There was a little (maybe) 4 year old girl at the airport who had both legs amputed and her mode of transportation was the PlasmaCar. She, like most young kids at airport, and mine included, didn't stay in one spot very long and she was zipping in and out of people like crazy, then come back to her parents, then she'd be off again. All the little kids were just mesmorized. I swear she was going so fast I thought she was going to hit someone down, but she had total control on that thing. Who knew that they were more than just a "toy"?....lol.
Re: Random Baby Posting
that is adorable.

As I'm putting together a kid's cd I began to wonder if kid's performer's (like the wiggles, imaginiation movers, etc) have moms who are groupies.
I know on Two and 1/2 men, Charlie did when he became Charlie Waffle. nothing like a song called "i love boobies"
I have decided that Joshua and Avery would make a cute chubby cheeked couple.
Gabriel's first birthday invitations came in the mail today.

I need to get Reagan some bows.
Crazy Christmas Kids!
Aww besties!
?I concur. ?They'd also have the cutest chubby cheeked kids, you know, the ones conceived by immaculate conception of course.
