Conversations surrounding these issues can be discussed here freely. The TW in the title applies for the whole thread. Please beware of reading ahead if you think you might be triggered by conversations about spotting/bleeding. 

Finally, remember that most of us are not medical professionals, and even if we were, it's always best to call/visit your doctor with questions or concerns. Feel free to ask questions and voice concerns, but please do not expect anyone here to be able to offer you anything but support. The most important thing to do is to call your doctor. They can offer answers; we can offer support. 🖤

My nausea that had been 24/7 the last two weeks suddenly stopped yesterday, and half way through the day today, my boobs aren’t really sore anymore. Especially having Covid right around what would have been implantation time, I’m not feeling super hopeful at all. I’m out of town right now, and have an appt next Thursday, anyway.

@runningyogimama I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I hope it is just you getting over the hump on those symptoms and you’ll be ok to something else soon. I am sure you’ll get some answers on Thursday and I hope it is a lot of reassurance.

@runningyogimama I’m sorry, that sounds so stressful. Hope all is well. 

I’ve been spotting and cramping (a bit more than I have already been) since this afternoon and it’s stressing me out. I know this can be very normal, especially with how early I am, but I’m feeling stressed over it. I had zero bleeding with both of my normal pregnancies, so it’s hard not to play the comparison game.

@kristinl492 My nausea came back today after 5 days, so I’m feeling slightly better, but will really feel better after my appt this week!

I know every pregnancy is different, but I had spotting on and off the entire first tri with just my second - but I definitely worried that whole entire time!

@runningyogimama Hooray for nausea, lol! I’m in your boat- I need to make it through a couple of appointments before I feel more at ease with this. So far, no bleeding on my part, but my miscarriage went to 11 weeks, so there ya go, right? So unpredictable 🤷‍♀️ I’ll keep you in my thoughts!!!

I’m 7w5d today and I’ve had some spotting twice this week and a migraine yesterday. I never would have thought twice about the migraine (I’ve had them before) until I started googling. Now I am trying so hard not to freak out. My last pregnancy ended in a MMC around 10w (no growth past 6w). I contacted my doctor and they told me I could go to ER for heartbeat check if I wanted, but that was about it. My first appointment is Monday morning so I’m holding on to hope that they find a heartbeat at the ultrasound.

@ladykaty91 FX for you. FWIW I got horrible pregnancy migraines from 9-14 weeks with DS. Almost everyday. So may not mean much, can just be a regular symptom of pregnancy.

@ladykatt me as well. I woke up with a bad headache and take it as a good sign. I only remember having headaches with my successful pregnancies because of the hormones.

Had my appointment today and everything is fine! Baby is growing right on track, HB of 168! So relieved 🥲

Finished a hike today (short just 2 miles) and got home & was bleeding. My doc squeezed me in for an ultrasound and some blood work. She won’t call it anything until the second blood draw on Wednesday but I am not optimistic. I’m really at peace/understanding with it, if things don’t go favorably, we’ll try again in a couple months. This wouldn’t be my first loss so I always kind of expect it.

My numbers went from 38 (last monday) to 79 (last thursday) to 131 today. They are going to call me back tomorrow to let me know if they want to do a 4th draw or if they want to schedule an ultrasound. The wonderful world of Google has been freaking out. Though the numbers are going up they are very low numbers and they didn't double over the 4 day difference this time 😞 I realize its a Longshot but has anyone had crazy low numbers and made it to the end with a healthy baby?

The nurse called today and scheduled me for an US 2 weeks from today. Praying that's a good sign and that this little baby sticks!

I just started spotting. This is my 6th pregnancy (4 miscarriages, 1 live birth) so I'm thinking the worst. Going in for an ultrasound now, mostly to rule out ectopic. They're not promising a heartbeat of course since I'm only 5+4.

So, my hcg levels increase between lab draws so I need to go back in for ANOTHER ultrasound and lab draw next week 🥴 the uncertainty isn’t fun and they are keeping an eye on things to make sure it’s not ectopic. Hoping for the best, have kind of already accepted the worst.

I'm glad this thread exists. I've been taking pee tests daily because of prior mc and my super low hcg numbers. I haven't been co sitting with time of day, but I feel they are getting lighter and I'm freaking myself out. I keep telling myself I can't do anything about it if it happens, and to chill out, I just so badly don't want to lose this one.

Update:

My HCG yesterday was at 35100 and today is at 43719. I think it's supposed to double every 48-96 hours or something like that. So right now I'm taking it as good news until I hear otherwise. I assume I'll have repeat labs next week, but no one will be calling me until Tuesday.

Anyone else dealing with the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy? I have really settled with the likelihood of this pregnancy not being viable but am paralyzed with fear over it being ectopic, me not recognizing the pain soon enough and losing my own life because of timing. I canceled a hike yesterday because I didn’t want to be too far from a hospital and this morning I have made sure all of my insurance/life insurance/contact info is in order for my husband. I am the “breadwinner” in our house and cannot deal with the thought of leaving my stay at home
husband with 2 kids. I thought I was ok but I am really not handling this well and the holiday weekend isn’t helping since I cannot get in for my follow up US to confirm WHERE the pregnancy is until Tuesday. 

I know there is no advice that can be given, I just needed to get it out and haven’t really
told anybody that I’m pregnant so I feel very alone in all of this. Thanks for being here to listen.

@samd6 I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Is there any chance you can go into urgent care? If you truly are concerned that this is ectopic it doesn’t seem like an overreaction to me. My GP told me to go straight to the ER if I had ectopic symptoms. Good luck.

First day of week 7 and I'm spotting. I lost my last one at 7 weeks so I'm freaking the f out. It's brownish pink but still freaking out.

There's no way this isn't a miscarriage. I just started heavily bleeding so I think this is the end for me.

@Paturkey I live very near an urgent care & ER and am ready to bolt if anything changes (bleeding or pain) but I think it’s really just anxiety with having to wait and the holiday weekend.
