  • @knitgarden I use a sling/wrap during the day when the hip pain gets too bad. Right now I'm trying to focus on strengthening that area to try to help it out a bit. My hips always kill me. I'm also 15 + 1 and it's going to get so much worse. The best thing I've found is a mesh float in a pool. I need summer.

  • @knitgarden I just spoke with my OB about this and she suggested getting a pregnancy belt to see if that helps.  I also have long-time sciatica and she said that makes me more susceptible to RLP and pregnancy sciatica. 

    A pool sounds like it could be helpful too if you have access to one!
  • Definitely feeling the RLP here! All. The. Time. 😭 and I’m still always tired. I know I’m not anemic so maybe it’s just hormone flux? @merostomata pregnancy brain is so real! I’ve left pipettes in sample coolers and other oopsies multiple times the last week 🤦🏻‍♀️ And I’m just waiting to mess up my data at some point.
  • Just got to my 2nd trimester (yay!), but with every one of my pregnancies this means middle of the night leg cramps. Last night was my first of this pregnancy. Anybody else get these? Any suggestions? I typically take an extra magnesium supplement, but just seeing if others have any tips. 
  • 15 1/2 weeks and I’m still waiting for that 2nd trimester energy to hit. I’m so exhausted, I can’t remember the last time I deep cleaned, everything is gross but I can’t be bothered 😫 Also I’m not sure if it’s allergies or pregnancy but my nose is congested
