We saw the heartbeat! 😭😭❤️ Blurry tiny bebe measuring 2 days ahead at 6+2 with a heart beat of 114! I also totally brought mh in and they didn’t say anything! So he got to be there!
Hello, tiny blob. We could see the heart flicker, but she couldn’t get an accurate measure. Baby was measuring 6+1. I know I ovulated late, so that seems right. Doctor thinks everything is ok 💕
7w today, measuring 6w5d. Heard a heart beat of 138. After 5 losses and never getting to hear a heartbeat, it was the most amazing sound. Can't wait to go back on Jan 7.
Only 5+5 I’m a l&d nurse so we get the perks of being able to ultrasound, but we don’t usually know what we are seeing until baby is bigger. We got this shot abdominally today. Not exactly sure what we see other than a sac. I had a blighted ovum in September so I’m very nervous. I know the view is limited with not transvaginal.
Measuring on time according to my LMP at 7w3d and heartbeat of 150. DH commented on how strong the heartbeat was on screen. It was so awesome seeing our little blob!
I had my first ultrasound today at 6 weeks and 4 days! Heartbeat was 113, baby looked good and on track. Headed back on 1/7 and then assuming all goes well, “graduating” to a regular OB!
Little blobby looks good at 8weeks! On track for growth since last ultrasound two weeks ago. Strong heartbeat at 168bps. Got to see the little arm and leg nubs. So cute.
Well, went in for my first ultrasound today. I thought I was close to 8w according to lmc, but apparently I measured at 6w1d. Couldn't quite get a heartbeat detected, but doc said that was normal this early and everything else looked good. I feel a little disappointed because we were hoping to tell family soon, but now we're going to wait until I go in again in another 2 weeks. Hopefully everything turns out ok!
Went for my dating US today. I’m 7+6 from my LMP little bean was measuring 7+2. Heart rate was 156! Slight relief to see a tiny baby in there. My uterus tips back so they initially couldn’t find the baby and we had to switch to TV. i go back in 5 weeks for first tri screening.
@wunderkai oh that would make me anxious too. Crossing fingers and toes for you that all will be fine at the next one. Two weeks will feel like an eternity! Good vibes on their way.
@wunderkai I don’t say this to alarm you, but I would advocate for yourself and see if you can at least get a set of betas done this week to make sure things are still trending in the right direction. Measuring two weeks behind is kind of a lot, unless your cycles are really irregular. Asking you to wait another two weeks for any kind of reassurance or answers seems crazy to me, I would be losing my mind waiting that long. I’m sorry you’re in limbo, it’s a crappy place to be

@coco2787 I appreciate that. This is my first pregnancy so I honestly have no idea what I'm doing or what to ask for. I will probably do that! Thank you.
I measured about 2 weeks behind too. They got 6w4d when I should have been 8w2d. Doesn’t make much sense based on when I had a positive hcg, that would make it like the day I ovulated... But they did see a HR of 122. They’re having me repeat an US in 2weeks as well so on 1/4. Fingers crossed for both of us!
@knottie16905ad14c5e899f that makes me feel a little better haha. A friend told me her other friend is also measuring 6w1d today and found out she was pregnant even before I did...again with no confirmed HR, but a potential flicker. Here's to positive vibes!
@wunderkai this happened to me with my now five year old. The doctor was like, “you must have ovulated reaaaaaaaaaally late” and I was like I guess? My cycles had been regular too. All my fingers are crossed for you.
I went to an ultrasound boutique on Sunday to get a first peek with my partner, since he will be out of town for my first OB appointment next week. Little one measured at 8 weeks exactly and had a 168 heart rate! They gave me a due date of August 7, just a couple of days later than I estimated. It was a huge relief to just get a confirmation and know that so far things look ok.
This is our fourth but it’ll be the first time having a baby at a birth center. We have our first appt tomorrow and I know its mostly to interview. But has anyone had or having a baby in a birth center? How soon do they or refer an u/s?
@mama_bear30 this thread is more to show off ultrasounds you’ve already had, so I would maybe redirect your question to The Great Big Giant Question Thread. Unfortunately I can’t answer it for you, I’ve had all hospital births, but I think they generally are more hands off and you only have the anatomy scan.
I had my first ultrasound the other day. It was the most amazing experience for me. We saw and heard the heartbeat. Not sure if the picture attachment is working
Measuring right on time with a strong heartbeat 💜 So relieved

@wunderkai This exact thing happened to me today. I went in for my 8 week appointment and the ultrasound measured 2 weeks behind (6w+0day), with a heart beat of 69. I am going back for another ultrasound appointment in two weeks. Wish us good luck! 😫😫😬😬🙏🙏

Don't mind my nails. This is what happens when you anxiously pick off your manicure while waiting for your first ultrasound, lol.
