Checked up on the babies today after an uncertain ultrasound last week and Baby B caught up to A and they’re now measuring within one day of each other with strong HBs. TW** According to my OB, risk of m/c is 5% or lower which is awesome news!**
Had another ultrasound in office today at 11 weeks 4 days, baby is looking great. We could see it's little fingers, one of its hands was on its forehead like they were having a bad day. Ha! And it's feet we're kicking like crazy. Just did the genetic screening too so we'll find out gender in 14 business days, but with the holidays I expect it to be later in January. I have so many pictures and they're all a little blurry, which is sad because we could see so much detail on the ultrasound and DH wasn't there, he was watching our other kiddos.
@thegeekymom I did my genetic screen too a couple days ago and my doc said to still expect results in 2 weeks even with the holidays so hopefully that’s true for you too!
Ultrasound today!! And we’re pretty sure it’s a BOY!

Question…by 10/11 weeks do they still do transvaginal US, or does it depend on if they can get everything they need externally? Just curious. I’ve never had an US around this time frame.
@melanier26 My Dr today said that she would try the external first and not bother with the tv us unless she needed to(she didn't)... so I'm assuming that it's a last resort type method
@melanier26 my 10 week ultrasound was transvaginal while my 11 week one was abdominal.

My 1st ultrasound today (11w0d)! Baby’s smiling! 😍 Heart rate 171BPM, length 4.6cm. Due 7/20/22. 2nd pregnancy, 1st baby. It was amazing to hear baby’s heartbeat and see baby moving around - so active!
@melanier26 my 6 week US was trans vaginal but my 8 week one they tried abdominal first and it was fine. Had follow up at 10 weeks and same thing. Hope all goes well!
I had my ultrasound at 9w2d. Little one is measuring 10 weeks. This is my second pregnancy. My first child also measured a little big all throughout the pregnancy. Due date is July 26th. I am currently 10w3d. I thought it was really cool to see baby's arms and legs moving around even this early. They are already giving me a run for my money. 😂😂😂

Had a bit of spotting yesterday that thankfully stopped, but my OB sent me to my high risk pregnancy doctor for a look anyway. Baby was dancing! (DH said "squirming," but I know dancing when I see it...☺️) 11w4d
I will post a better update on the weekly check-in board but to summarize: I disappeared from here for 3 weeks. I went in at 8 weeks for my first appointment and dating US and 1M% shockingly, there were two. I needed (and still need) time to process this.
They sent me back last Thursday at 10w2d just to confirm with radiology because my midwife didn't do a TV US. Radiology confirmed that there are two and measuring to date, hear rates are good. Again, will update on the weekly update thread now that I am mentally with it and back here.
Here is the 10w2d US - she couldn't get a pic of both babies at the same time because they were on separate planes I guess. Baby A was measuring 10w2d with a heartrate of 170 and baby B was measuring at 10w1d with a heart rate of 172
Our little sparkle baby is still overachieving and measuring 3 days ahead with a HB of 170! We're 11w3d today. I'm a little mad and sad though because we have officially graduated from the fertility clinic today and the new clinic will only allow our carrier for future ultrasounds so this will be the last time I get to see baby moving and Groovin in person until it's born. It breaks my heart a little bit. My gestational carrier/friend even was like "but it's not even genetically mine" they told her that she could maybe just take a video for me but it's just not the same. Stupid pandemic.
My scan at 11w 6days.baby Is back to original due date July 15. Waiting on NIPT results for Gender. Baby definitely has my introvert personality already doesn't like to be bothered. I'm heading to 13 weeks Friday almost out of 1st trimester.
Thankful for a great start to the new year with an amazing team of docs. I had covid last week and received monoclonal antibody treatment as high risk mom with previous heart and lung conditions and this nugget is a fighter too. It was wiggling around the ultra all morning today, but is safe & healthy in the sac protected more with my vaccination antibodies tooo ❤️ My World 🤰🏻#13wk2day #3D
Went in today expecting the NT scan, but I’m too early, so it was just a growth scan. I’ll go back in 2 weeks for the NT. Babies were right next to each other/on top of one another so here’s both of them.
Our little sparkle baby had its NT ultrasound today and passed with flying colours! Little overachiever is measuring almost a full week ahead now with a HB of 167! My friend even sent me some awesome video of babes Movin and Groovin like crazy!
NT scan today! Everything looked great. LO was trying to hide way back in my uterus (which is flipped backwards), so we got to spent a lot of time watching baby move around. Unfortunately our clinic went into red status today, so DH wasn't allowed to come with. We facetimed during the ultrasound so he at least got to see baby move around some. Measuring a few days ahead, I'm 11w4d. Heartbeat of 169.

@LJMoon6 sorry he couldn’t be there, but so glad they “let” you FaceTime! My clinic has a very strict video policy and I’m wondering if they’ll allow it once they tighten restrictions again.
I had brown discharge again, so wound up at the high risk doc's office again. BUT! Nothing is wrong with baby, placenta, or uterus, so I guess my cervix is just being grumpy for some reason?
Bright side: great profile pic of baby at 12w6d, 145 HB 🥰 S/he was MAYBE sucking a thumb, but the tech didn't get the hand in this pic.
Had my NT scan yesterday - for some reason this feels like a huge milestone, making everything feel more real! Baby boy was looking perfect, moving a lot just like his older brother used to whenever I had ultrasounds 🥰
Had the NT scan yesterday, it was with a technician so waiting to get the results from the doc... Also waiting on the results from a bunch of blood tests they took last week.. Honestly glued to my phone. The wait is killing me!
@velvetblue88 when I was having early 1st tri ultrasounds one of the weeks the tech saved images of his arms and of each leg (they were on different planes so couldn't get both well in 1 shot). It was really cute to have something other than the usual side profile photo saved for us. The arms was my favorite because one of his hands looked like a lobster claw 😂

Speaking of anatomy scans, since I know a few of us have been waiting for this scan to find out the sex, should we get that boy/girl poll thread stickied?
