Now back to daily life, going to go back to intermittent fasting to lose weight hopefully quickly since my obgyn wants me to lose as much weight as possible as fast as possible to mitigate weight related risks in an eventual pregnancy. We have an appt with her tomorrow to discuss DH's sperm analysis results and figure out if our next step is a specialist (I'm assuming RE? She just said specialist on the phone so we'll find out tomorrow) or lifestyle changes/supplements/diet/meds/whatever to address the motility issue.
@fantasyflyte Curious to hear about your intermittent fasting experience if you feel like sharing. I've dabbled in it but haven't stuck with it.
@mamanbebe remind me what the maca is for again? I know people who have used it outside of TTC but not during.
@pinkkillersheep you're amazing with your school. Go you! So close!
@fantasyflyte I have a loose acquaintance who has lost 100 lbs on IF. She's got a job that requires a pretty big Fb presence which is why I know about the IF and she runs an accountability group for it too...she loves it. People in that group have lots of success with it quick! I hope you see results!
@inthewoods23 July really flies for me too! What are you getting for your godchild?

@SmashJam I'm hoping it'll work like that for me! And i hear you on the dotted line, my temping was all over the place this week thanks to being away.
And for you! Get that gossip! Lol. You need to have a little background on everyone to help you start navigating imo
@pinkkillersheep that sounds like you have not ovulated yet but you might! I had a weird cycle once that had two separate weeks of fertile CM but the first one, during regular timing, had no clear positive and no O cramping. The second one came a couple days before AF would have arrived and actual O followed but with a shorter LP. The cycle after that was good though. I hope things regulate for you soon!
@fantasyflyte I hope the intermittent fasting does the trick! By the traditional Chinese medicine clock, you should stop eating by 7pm and resume after 7am, so that your body can go through a full detox repair cycle. I have been trying to follow that and work my supplements in accordingly and similarly enjoying the effects of not snacking after dinner.
@inthewoods23 I hope August brings more relaxing weekends! I am also hoping for that and yes, I need to squeeze in some naps!
