Hey everyone, was also lurking until my ultrasound this week!!
Due Date: March 9
First time: No, my son turns 2 in a couple days
Also a social worker over here!! I’m just a BSW right now but will be starting my MSW in May- two months after baby is born. I feel like I’m crazy, but excited to get my masters!!
Due Date: 03/10/2021 First time mom? If not, number/ages of other children? No, I have a 3.5 year old DD! Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? Hi everyone! Excited to be here. My DH & I have been trying for #2 for such a long time (1.5 years). I can't believe we finally conceived, I am still kind of in shock sometimes. We are Americans living in the UK, originally from Florida. We really love living in the UK, we are here for my husband's job. We have been living here for nearly 2 years. I am a SAHM and I love cooking, baking, crafting with my Cricut, being out in nature, and reading. Excited to get to know you all!
Me: 26, DH: 31 Diagnosed with Hashimoto's 06/17
BFP #1: 05/11/16 DD born 01/01/17, Happy New Year TTC #2: 01/2019 BFP #2 09/24/19--Ended in chemical pregnancy BFP #3 07/02/2020 Due: 03/10/2021
Due Date: 03/24/2021 based off LMP 5weeks+6days First time mom? If not, number/ages of other children? STM, Almost 1 year old boy Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? I'm surprised, but excited to be here! Took a lot more tracking and months to get pregnant with my first. I am working as a physical therapist partially in the office and some days from home on a redeployment assignment.
Due date? 3/9. Used IVF to conceive so we know the exact date. This is our second cycle; the first ended in missed mc due to Turner Syndrome - baby was missing a sex chromosome. First pregnancy was with a different partner 10 years ago and ended without explanation at 15 weeks. First time mom? Sort of, no living children as of yet but this is my 3rd pregnancy. Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? I work in state government in an agency run by women so it's been super helpful having management be so understanding of the need for 15 minute naps during the day lol. I'm amazed at how different this pregnancy feels to my previous attempts, which gives me hope. The only "drama" has been my own anxieties. Little cramping, few symptoms but the ones I have are STRONG. Due to being 40, most of my friends are already parents to kids ranging from 5 yrs old to 21 years old. No one I know is also pregnant and I feel alone going through this. Those friends who don't have kids are in no way, shape, or form trying to have kids.
FTM - Yes! I have 1 cat who may not be happy to be my baby anymore lol
Anything else: I’m still in shock and it really hasn’t sunk in yet. I’m 37 and we had been trying for well over a year. I just started a new job and we thought about taking a break, but I figured nothing would happen then BAM. I also went to a fertility acupuncturist which apparently works very well. So far, no nausea really but I am experiencing a lot of dizziness and insomnia (no problem going to sleep but having a hard time staying asleep). I’m very thankful I can work from home and really fighting fatigue right now. I’m hoping things ease up in a few weeks and I start to get my energy back.
@knottie278a751b5ea399ae I'm in that dizzy boat with you. OB told me to drink more water. I was already getting 70 oz so I upped to 80-90 oz. I'm currently staring down my final 8oz cup and I want to KICK it.
Hi there! I'm Jenney (35yrs) I'm very grateful to be here. My only other child (DD) is 10 so it's been a long time since I've been pregnant. Our EDD is March 18th. I have a u/s scheduled for Aug 3rd. I'm pretty excited about that. Glad I found the month board. I used these boards back in the day with DD, seems a little different around here now so bear with me 😊
Hi ladies. Due date: 3/18/21 FTM: I have a daughter who is 20 months old named Aurora Anything else: my SO and I had COVID and were quarantined. COVID literally delayed my ovulation (because we weren't having sex while feeling super shitty). I'm not going to lie, my situation is less than ideal and I have been feeling really upset that I am pregnant, and also really guilty that I am feeling this way. I'm trying, so here I am trying to get excited. My SO is definitely not. Thank you for sharing your stories. Hearing your stories about TTC help me realize what a blessing I have.

@bcashaw I'm hoping to get my act together to make a sign for our announcement - I found the SVG file of one I love and wanted to use that references a rainbow, just have to figure out how I want to do it. Stenciling never gives me quite the results I want, I always get some imperfect lines, so maybe vinyl on wood?

@mvt2003 and @jenotontx I was briefly in TTGP with you in June-July! Here's my chart. I was in Feb BMB based on my first positive OPK but at my ultrasound today baby measured at 8 weeks and I have a due date of March 12th. Based on baby's measurements I ovulated around June 25th. I have a daughter who was born 3.23.19 so I am excited to have our first two babies 2 years apart! We have difficulty TTC and we really wanted our first two within 2 years apart in age and God gave us exactly that. ❤ I hope my pregnancy stays healthy!
@s_montgomery Congratulations!!! And welcome to March!

Due Date: Guessing 3/17 based on LMP but haven’t had a midwife appt or ultrasound yet
First time mom? If not, number/ages of other children? Not a FTM. I have 2 daughters: 7 & 3 years old and one angel babe 👼
Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? I’m pushing off negative feelings because this is the first time ever that I’ve been pregnant and NOT puking 24/7. So I’m confused and a little concerned. But praying for a positive outcome.
First Time Mom: No, I have a 15 month old daughter
About Me: I am in the advanced maternal age category this time around, plus BP issues during first pregnancy and being overweight made for a lot to talk about at first appointment. I am a middle school math teacher. I am relieved that we are doing virtual at least until the end of January.
I’m surprised to be here too! We were “not trying not preventing” so I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised! But my hormones never regulated and my cycles were way off. Anyway, it’s starting to sink in.
Not happy about going through this during all the covid craziness. Ready for life to go back to normal.
@nolemama24 i just want something really cute and different. I feel like i should use my machine because i have it? But also all my best ideas dont use it!
Due date: Guessing March 27, but don't have a LMP to go off of. Had my IUD removed several months ago and never got my period. Basing my EED on what I thought were ovulation cramps, but could possibly have been earlier.
First time mom? If not, number/ages of other children? I have 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter. Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? DH and I met in college, have been together 20 years, and married 14 years. I am an independent contractor and work very randomly throughout the week (mostly evenings and weekends) and pretty much get to be a SAHM during the day. My son is getting ready to start kindergarten, and we were already planning on homeschooling, so I'm thankful to not be stressed over that decision. My three best friends are women I met on first BMB, and I'm still in a Facebook group with about 30 others from that board as well. Looking forward to new mom friends here! As I mentioned in another comment, I'm probably one of the older moms here, so loving the "Advanced Maternal Age" label
@cmls~girl welcome. I’ve been lurking a few weeks, technically my EDD is 4/1. Also AMA, what a wonderful title (lol). We need to find a better title...that doesn’t sound so “retirement homey”
@cmls~girl@MidwestBrunette Also in the AMA "Geriatric pregnancy" category. Been called both. Pretty sure the AMA categorization is what got me bumped to the front of the line when my clinic opened back up due to COVID. I call my greys "strands of glitter" so why not "glitter mamas"?
@cmls~girl@kloe818@MidwestBrunette I’m also in that group too! I’m the oldest in my other bump Facebook group from when I had my son but there are only about 15 of us in it. We started a second break off group a bit later on in our pregnancies as a first group had already been created very early on and weren’t taking any more mammas. I’ve jumped in here a bit earlier this time so I don’t miss the boat! Looking forward to getting to know you all.
Due Date: Not sure... sometime around the end of March This is baby #3, I have a 4 y/o boy and 2 y/o boy This was a BIG SURPRISE. I got pregnant while on the birth control pill Junel. Missed one pill, back-up method was not supposed to be needed lol. But it is a blessing. This baby is also by a different daddy (my current boyfriend). I left my husband in October and am not yet divorced.
Hey everyone! This is my second baby. I have a 4 year old. My friend who is also in the group told me to join. I'm super excited to be able to talk with others who are expecting. Because I didn't have this for my first pregnancy. I'm due March 18th
Hello! This is my fifth pregnancy. I have a four year old and a two year year old. This was a huge surprise since I had an IUD at the time of conception. My husband and I have moved past the shock and are very excited to add a finale baby to our crew.

Hi everyone, congratulations! Due Date: 03/25/2021 37 yr old third time mom, I have two boys aged three and seven months and now pregnant with my third (surprise) baby. Still processing (that I was pregnant last year like now and now pregnant again) but excited. I got a BFP two days ago and I could be much far than I think. My periods still hadn't kicked in properly since I was exclusively breastfeeding. I kept feeling something was off and decided to get tests. I got a negative two weeks ago but then I said let me try this week again, and there they were, two lines standing majestically! I go see the midwife on Friday for my initial appointment. I have no clue when I conceived or why the first test came out negative because we were using protection inbetween the first pregnacy test and second one.
Due Date: Think March 23, 2020, but still waiting on the doc to confirm First time mom? If not, number/ages of other children? First timer here! Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? Went out and started my own business last year out of my house and now I'm trying to figure out how to factor in a newborn to that.
First time mom? If not, number/ages of other children? Hello everyone! I've got two little boys already, 3yr and almost 2 yr. My EDD is March 27th, but won't have an ultrasound until August 31st to confirm. Tomorrow I'll be 8 weeks. Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? I was super active on this site with my first! January 2017! From that group I gained a pretty tight friend circle I still talk to daily now. ❤️ I'm a stay at home mom, I don't know how active I'll be because apparently my phone doesn't like this app and half the time won't even load ... But I'll try!
Due date: March 25 First time mom? No, I have a 7 month old daughter. Anything else? My husband and I are very excited to complete our family with this baby. It'll be tough having 2 so close together, but I know that we can do it.
I’ve been lurking in this group for weeks but waited for my first u/s today to do an intro!
Due Date: March 23rd First time mom? Yes! 2nd pregnancy of 2020. Anything else you want to tell us about yourself? This has been a tough year in so many ways but this blessing is definitely our bright spot.

Sorry to say you and I are in the same boat. There's a discussion that pops up for PGAL - I've learned that means pregnant after loss. There are a few of us in here that post updates in there.
Hey all! I feel like I'm one of the last ones to post, but I've been feeling so crappy and just haven't had the time.
Due date: March 26th First time mom? No, we have a fulllll house. I have one, a 7 y/o son. And my boyfriend also has 3; they are 8-14. We're pretty out of the baby stage, and this was not planned, so it was quite a surprise. Anything else? After my son I had secondary fertility issues for years. I have went to see the OB about it & I also went to see a specialist. They have done tests but could never determine why I couldn't get pregnant, soooooo I guess I'm still just surprised to be here. But I'm happy to be here. My son's birth group is still a group on facebook, and I love those women. So I'm hoping I can find long connections like those from here too!

Sorry to hear that, but I’ll def work on posting in that thread. I have been lurking there too. 🙂
That said, the support in this group is already awesome and I’m more comfortable everyday. Looking forward to this journey together!
Anything else? We are expecting mono/di twins, and will have 3 under 2. Yikes!
Welcome to the board! I also have a 14 month old and am expecting mono/di twins! 3 under two is going to be a roller coaster for sure! I’m thankful that my older two are so helpful! How are you feeling?
