2 interesting things...

1. there are a couple school districts in my area that don't have the capability/means of doing virtual learning so school is just done for the next 4 weeks. Like teachers don't work at all for 4 weeks.

2. The admin that closed the Peggy thread was created this AM. Wut lol nor is Bump in their username.

TW loss mentioned: don’t read if having a hard TTC day or loss day. 

I feel so guilty and awful. DH tries but he isn’t helping me much. I feel awful and honestly grateful I can drink to numb as I go through this. Work sucked and I barely managed to get through. It is hard having to be the rock for people when you feel so broken.  To all the ladies who have had a loss or more. My heart is so with you this is awful and I just want to send you all my love.

As someone who will FX 🤞 have a FET at the end of the month, I am really not fond of the joke going around that there's going to be a baby boom in December with everyone basically quarantining themselves to stop the spread of covid-19. Nor do I like the add on that in 2033 they will be known as the Quaranteens.

@inthewoods23 it’s kinda funny that you bring that up as I literally was going to post something in here about that too. Great minds think alike. I see sooo many jokes everywhere that there will be a big boom in babies cause everyone is staying home cause of the virus with nothing to do and they they will be called “ coronials” I don’t like that name. Kinda annoying. I’m not too fond of the joke either. Knowing my luck lately, It will prob be all the Peggies that have those babies 🤨😖

@capnjackharkness ohhh do I ever hear you on that one. *TW* MH's family is currently 'fighting' over who gets to babysit nephew because two are teachers, one is unemployed, two are retired, and the rest of us are WFH. So BIL and SIL asked the teachers, who literally don't have to do anything for the next month, to babysit and MIL is all "wahh what about me". They're so lucky to have so many people to support them but it is so triggering. 

@inthewoods23 YES thank you for bringing up that stupid meme. I'm havin' none of it. Because yup, for sure someone's going to say something if this FET is successful. The cynic in me wants to say back to them "yeah well you already can't stand your husband or your kids so let's see what the divorce rate looks like after a few weeks or months stuck in a house with them."

@kiki047 lmao oh burn on the divorce rate 😆 I guess I may end up being thankful that mine is at the end of the month because it'll be towards to end of all the hysteria and madness.

@mindyb2019 yeah I'm hoping people forget about it come December. Or really I just hope I don't see some birth or pregnancy announcement where they reference covid-19 or use anything about the virus, Corona, or quarantine as inspiration for the baby name.

Thanks everyone for feeling the same! I mean, the joke is kinda funny because they say the same about super bowl babies, but it's not in my control whether or not I'll get to move forward.

Would anyone be interested in a separate thread for Covid-19 talk?

@inthewoods23 I think that's a good idea. It would be nice to have a separate thread where we can talk about it, but people also have the option of avoiding the topic if they want or need to.

@inthewoods23 me too. I think there is a definite need to support each other through this (like if procedures/treatments get cancelled), but at the same time if anyone is having a day where they are particularly anxious about it, they should be able to open a thread without reading "COVID-19" everywhere.

@inthewoods23 I like that idea! We’ve been so consumed at work with, it’s all I can think about! And we have my DH’s cousins wedding tonight so I’m even more nervous! I’m not kissing anyone hello. I don’t care lol
