@riatortillaxo I probably need a plan, but I'm not even sure what it would be! With a Speech Therapist pretty much you try to get as much done as you can then another therapist covers your leave, and where I work its not controlled by the principal. Also, I won't be coming back til way after the 20-21 school year starts so all my stuff will be done at the close of the year!
@wednesdaygirl1019 good for you for working in the summers! I really need to but summers off are pretty much the whole reason I continue in the schools😂. I would love to be out til Christmas but I'm thinking about coming back in the middle of November to get a full pay period in and I figure working in December isn't that bad with the fun Christmas stuff we do! However, I'm starting to get some anxiety about putting a 3 month old in daycare at the beginning of cold/flu season so I am praying that we can figure out some way to keep him out at least until March.
