so I'm not having any luck with a PG - the help desk is confused & not helpful. I'm officially giving up at this point so if someone else wants to try forming a group, lemme know.

for the regulars who wanted to be in the group - I may have figured it out. You should have received a private message with the link to the group to join. Sometimes it is easier to join via desktop

Yay! @chichiphin I'll give desktop a try later because it definitely won't let me accept the invite via mobile. Naturally. Ugh.

If you don’t see a PM, go on desktop and just check the private group page.  There may be a “Join Group” button.  I didn’t see a PM but was able to access the group that way.

Not sure if anyone else is having trouble trying to get to the private group but as a heads up I couldn’t get it to work with mobile (browser or app) or even my iPad with the “desktop” browser, I needed to get on my actual computer and then it worked!
