When to share the news?

Hi all - 

This is always my age old question! This is my third baby and EDD is 7/28.  I'm so excited but really hate the beginning time period of being nervous and trying to keep it a secret.  I have my appointment scheduled for 12/20 so trying to make it until then, but will probably share widely over the holidays.  What are others doing?? xox
