*TW* I'm officially out. Went back to work today and started having heavy bleeding with clots and cervical cramping at 430, I left by 6 and by 630 I passed it at home.
My you all have healthy happy rests of your pregnancies.
@MaximumEffort So sorry to hear! Creepy internet stranger hugs. Please remember that there is no wrong way to grieve. I hope you have your rainbow baby as soon as you are ready!

I have been spotting and cramping on and off since Saturday. The spotting was red, which makes me really nervous. I called my OB today, and waited all day for a call back before I just gave up and called again. The nurse told me to just keep observing it, but she is going to run it by the on call doctor and call me back if he has additional concerns. They close in 20 minutes so I’m not holding my breath for a call, but I don’t have another appointment until a week from Thursday.
@mindyb2019 and @MaximumEffort I am so so sorry to hear about your losses. Sending you both peace and healing energy and hoping for positive cycles for you both soon!
@chaos-and-coffee I'm so sorry you're going through that! Hoping that spotting stops quickly and you get some reassurance soon!
I did have to call back, but spoke with a nurse and the on call OB. Both said to monitor it, call if it gets worse, but that’s all for now. I figured that’s what they would say but it makes me feel better to hear it. A week and two days until my next appt...
Hello Ladies, Last week 11/7/19 I was getting prepared for work and took my normal bathroom break. I notice there was some bleeding ( ). I was so scared but I was told at 7 weeks I had a subchorionic Hemorrhage but I never saw any blood until Thursday. I tried not to freak out and stay calm. I contacted my OBGYN and I was seen at 2:30 p.m. By the time of my appointment, my doctor checked me and saw no further signs of blood. I was sent for an ultrasound and the little one is growing and doing fine. I still had some light bleeding for two more days, but only in the morning. After my morning bathroom break, I wouldn't see any further bleeding. I'm now 10 weeks and 1 day. Today I have my normal Prenatal appointment, I'm hoping everything goes well and I pray I can hear the little one heartbeat.

Bleeding quite a bit today. Started off brown but is more of a dark red now. Not enough to fill a pad, but still enough to be really concerning, especially since I has one little clot (I think that’s what it was? It was like jelly almost?) Dr. told me to keep an eye one it and that it might be because I did a really hard Peloton workout yesterday but I’m so worried. Has anybody else experienced bleeding after excessive exercise? I have an ultrasound on Tuesday so I’m hoping all is well but it doesn’t look good to me 😭
@youaresoenough with DS, I was benched from exercise in first tri because every time I tried to do anything I bled. I had an SCH and it came out at 10 weeks and I was fine after that.
@youaresoenough I know a lot of people have spotted after doing too much or lifting too much. I'm sorry for you stress mama. Hope the ultrasound goes well.
@youaresoenough exercise caused bleeding for me with second baby a few times. Before I was unable to exercise.

Thanks guys. Your stories are really reassuring. It seems to have slowed down to a near stop so far today and has gone back to brown so I’m hoping for the best. Still not having any cramps so I’m praying everything is okay.
That’s a good sign! It’s always scary when you see blood, but it’s a good sign that it is turning brown and lightening up vs getting worse! I would rest more and not exercise too hard if you think that’s what caused it.
@youaresoenough thinking about you and hopefully it was just the exercise!
so I decided to go this bachelorette party and I just finished my 8 hour flight to get here and lo and behold I’m spotting when I wipe but it’s red/light red. I just had an ultrasound last week and baby looked great with a strong heartbeat and no sch found or anything else abnormal. Im 10 weeks today and am not sure how to deal when I’m supposed to be partying with my girlfriends! Ugh.... . I never spotted with my first pregnancy so I just don’t know why I would...
@maryanne2019 Hugs. My pregnancies have all been different with regards to spotting. But I had quite a bit for different reasons at different times with my first two babies. You can try your doctor's nurse line! But if it's not enough to soak a pad it's probably no big deal.

Last Sunday I started spotting and went to the emergency room. Unfortunately, I have miscarried 😔. We definitely plan on trying again at some point, maybe within the next few months.

I hoped I would never end up in this thread, sympathies to the ladies who are here, but I had spotting tonight. I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had very diluted very light pink spotting. I’m 11w2d and i has cramping around 7 weeks. This is my second pregnancy and this is the first time I’ve had spotting.
Wanted to pop back in here with an update/ encouraging story for you guys! After two episodes of spotting (borderline bleeding on the second one) everything cleared up. I had my formal dating ultrasound today and everything looked great! Measuring right on track with a strong heartbeat of 174bpm. Blood doesn’t always mean miscarriage! Have hope! (Only able to say this on the other side of it- it’s so scary!)
