Hi moms! I’m from Michigan. 29 years old, married 5 years and some change. I have one little boy who just turned 5 in May. This will be my 5th pregnancy. Unfortunately I had 3 mcs after my son was born. So we quit trying for 2 years, I went back to work (I’m a flight attendant) and now we have a surprise but hoping for a healthy sticky babe! We heard a heart beat at 6w2d 128 so hoping things keep going well. Baby is due feb 28th.
Hi all! Sorry for the late intro, I was late joining! I am 32 and this is baby #2. I also have a 6 year old daughter. Excited to see how the age gap plays out! Hubs and I have been married for 6 years and we live in Utah, though neither of us are native. We also have 2 doggy fur babies. I am a teacher and so glad that the first trimester blues are happening in the summer. I had my first appt and ultrasound last week. EDD is Feb 17th! Excited to be here with all of you!!
Hello everyone. My name is Summer. I am 36 years old and pregnant with my first successful pregnancy. My husband and I have been together for 5 years and we have to amazing fur babies, Cali who is 2 and Rocky who is 1. We have a very high risk pregnancy and were so happy to see the baby last week with a healthy heartbeat. We have another Ultrasound this week friday and can't wait to see how the baby grew in one week. I'm happy to be here with you all.
@addno7 I guess I’m another “geriatric” mom too. I’ll be 44 when when baby arrives. EDD 2/13/20. Also a blended family. We are over the moon excited and nervous. Nervosited. DH an I have been together for 2 years, and talked about more kids but didn’t think a baby was in the cards given our ages. We stopped the pill in March knowing we’d regret it if we didn’t at least try. I found out I was pregnant 2 days before our wedding last month!
We live in Boston and have 2 boys and 1 girl from our previous marriages. They are 15, 12 and 11 and we haven’t shared the news with them yet. So don’t say anything I’m nervous to tell them but more nervous about where we are going to put all these kids!
I'm 29 and this will be my first baby. EDD is Feb 2. Husband and I are super excited since we've experienced some mc's in the past. We live in Brooklyn, NY with our furbaby. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
@kassieb11 honey if you're concerned about down's your doctor can preform a couple tests to see your risks. But just because you both have asperger's doesn't mean you are higher risk of any chromosome abnormalities.
Hi all!❤️Hubby & I live in PA with our adventurous 2 year old daughter and our big fluffball doggie. We've been married 4 years and we're expecting our 2nd on Feb 4th! This baby will possibly have a super close birthday to his/her older sibling (DD was born Feb 9th). Although I wasn't anticipating having another winter baby, I do love being pregnant over all the holidays!🤣 Congratulations to everyone! So happy to be on this journey with you! Happy, healthy pregnancies to all!
Hey everyone!! I am Morgan from DC, about 1 mile from the Capitol. I am due Feb 25 and found out on Fathers day that we are expecting. This will be our second baby. Our first was born in November 2016. Hubby and I have been together for 12 years and married for 4. We are so excited to have another kiddo! We both want a big family, like 6 kids, so we are thrilled!! We also have 2 cats and a dog. So glad to be a part of this group!!
@sassypants2010 We will be getting tested. On second look I did not word that very well. I apologize, allow me to elaborate. We know autisim does not coincide with down syndrom, we are worried our child will have both a physical development and social development disorder. It's irrational I know.
Hi I'm 33. Pregnant with #2 due Feb 28. From Seattle, WA. Moved to Sacramento, CA June 2013. Met SO Aug 2013. Moved in together Nov 2013. Married may 2016. First girl born Sept 2017. Also have 4 step kids; 16, 17, 18, 20. We have 3 cats. We plan to move to Seattle next year, late July or aug.
Hi I’m 33 from PA. I’ve been married five years. We have 2 boys, an almost 3 year old and a 13 month old. This pregnancy was a bit of a surprise😬 I’m due Feb 8th. I lurked during my first pregnancy but am in a private fb group with my Bmb from ds2. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone better
Hi!! I’m 32, from DFW Texas, if my calculations are correct I think I’m about 8 weeks with my second child. First kid is a girl, 3. Looking forward to this board and having people going through the same things I am at the same time!!
Hi! I’m 27, my husband is 26, and this is our first baby! 😊 I am a pre-k teacher and working on my masters in early childhood education, and my husband just started his third year of medical school. If y’all have any advice on how to raise babies in the heat of medical/grad school, I’m all ears! We also have two dogs, and are curious to see how they will adjust! Our due date is February 25th. We are over the moon excited!
Hi!! I'm 32 from Colorado and this will be our first! (Technically second pregnancy, but the first ended at about 9 weeks.) Due date is looking like February 11th and everything was looking really good at our last ultrasound. My husband's b-day is 1/19, so hoping baby doesn't come early. We did the genetic testing and already know that it's a boy!
Hi everyone and congratulations! I’m 28 and living in
Cleveland, Ohio (Let’s Go Brownies!!). I’m a first-time single mom (EDD:
2/21/2020) trying to balance a new job with limited PTO and an insurance plan
that hasn’t kicked in yet… while also staying clam because I don’t want to tell
work too early. I’m absolutely terrified and excited! I also cannot wait for
this soul crushing fatigue to subside.
I’m 38 and pregnant with baby #2. I have a daughter who is 9 years old and excited to be a big sister even though they’ll be so many years apart. I had Preeclampsia with her in 2010 so I’m hoping I can avoid that this final pregnancy of mine.
@teacherangela my daughter is 9 also and born May 28, 2010. I also have a son who is 7, but yes the age gap is definitely noted. My kids are still super excited.
Hello everyone! I'm 27 from New Hampshire. My fiance and I are due Feb 5 2020. Super excited as this our first. We have 1 dog, an 8 year old chihuahua who is the sweetest creature. I work as a program manager of 2 group home for children with developmental disabilities such as seizure disorders and autism. I love my job but at times it can be quite dangerous. I am also in school to finish converting my associates of science to a bachelor's of science in psychology. Congrats to everyone❤
Hello everyone! I am 34 from Washington. My hubby and I have been married for 7 years (and dated for 7 years before that... life changes happen every 7 years?). This is our first. I work in public health research and my husband is an engineer.
Hi! 2nd time mom near Boston. DS is 3, DD EDD 2/4/20. After finding out we’re both CF carriers and DS getting both mutations (but is very healthy thank god!) we did two cycles of ivf for this pregnancy. So excited. So tired. Much harder first trimester this time around. Public school teacher so no PTO. Hubby is a PhD candidate so same. Life is a combination of joy and anxiety at all times. Guess that’s mom life!
Hi. Im 31 and this is my 2nd pregnancy. I miscarried earlier this year. I am tentatively due February 26th 2020. I havent had an ultrasound yet (i found out at approximately 11 weeks). My fiance and i are getting married August 2020. He has a daughter from a previous relationship, whose 6. I found out at approximately 11 weeks (stick and confirmation). Ultrasound clinic couldnt get me in until august 26th. First time around i was dated at 9 weeks and 3 weeks later there wasnt a heartbeat. They said at that time that the baby had stopped growing at 9 weeks. It killed me so im cautiously optimistic.
Hola! I’m 39, and this is Baby #3. I have a 3.5yo son, 20mo daughter, and 10yo English Bulldog. We moved to Mexico last year for my husband’s job, and I work remotely full time. I thought having a baby in a foreign country would be kind of scary, but the medical care here is even better than I experienced in the US. Due date is 2/15, but will be a scheduled c/s a week early (my third). Good thing Monterrey is the c/s capital of the world! I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you. ❤️
Hi! My name is Megan (31) and I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada. I am not sure if my EDD Should be March or February... My last period says March 1st should be whereas my 12 week dating ultrasound puts me at February 26th.
My husband and I have been trying for a baby for a while now and had a MC at 8 weeks back in the spring. It was a really tough time. We are cautiously optimistic this time around and with each passing day I find myself thinking maybe this one will be the one!
I am a receptionist at a dental office and my husband is a truck and transport mechanic. We own a home with our dog and 2 cats. We can't wait to welcome our little bundle to the world!
Hi and congratulations to everyone! I don’t know if anyone will read this since I’m late to the party and TBH, everything else. I’m 39 and pregnant with my first baby - EDD is 2/9. I got married at 35, pursued a career and a lot of independence for most of my prime years. I honestly would really love to send and receive support in a community, especially to any moms out there maybe in a similar situation as me or who can understand my situation where career has been your “baby” for years and are now trying to adapt to the idea and reality of becoming a mother to a real baby.
Hello! I’m 33 and my husband is 35- this will be our first! We had a miscarriage in December, so are super ecstatic. My due date is February 15th. We live in Madison, Wisconsin and have 2 dogs! A border collie and a wiener dog. 😍🌈❤️
@latebloom22 there are a bunch of us old broads on here - welcome! balancing career and family can be a new challenge but in my experience work makes me a better mom and being a mom makes me a better worker. Except the time I spend on the Bump
Me: 38, DH: 36 Married Jan 2008 DD Baby Bells born Dec 2016 5 lbs, 12 oz, 18" so in love Due with #2 Baby Arya EDD February 2020
I’ve been lurking for awhile! I’m expecting my first on 2/17. Very excited and nervous and etc. I’m 33 and my husband is 39. We both started new jobs this month, so the timing is... interesting! Luckily we’re both in academia so this summer, at least, can be time we have all together at home. We tried to shoot for a summer 2019 baby but it took a little more time.
I live in Clearwater, FL. Married for five years but we’ve been together for over 10. Found out I was pregnant the week of my 35th birthday in June. Expecting a Feb 13 baby. Not sure how our two dogs - a 9 year old 60 pounder and a 7 year old yorkie/bishon are going to handle no longer being the only babies in the house.
Hello Everyone! I'm joining a bit late for the February board. DH and I are bother 29. I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with fraternal triplets! After 4 years of ttc and 3 rounds of IVF we have our miracle babies. DH and I are incredibly excited, and naturally a little overwhelmed. EDD is sometime in February as most triplets are born between 32-34 weeks and typically not over 35 weeks. Feb 1st-22nd for me. We also have a 90lb German Shperherd who has clued in that in pregnant but really has no idea what he has in store for himself! Everyone in our family is incredibly excited as they will be the first grandchildren on both sides.
Hi everyone! I'm 33 and this is my first pregnancy. My initial due date was March 1, but baby has been measuring a little ahead of that initial date at all of the ultrasounds so we're thinking it's more likely he'll be here in the last week of February. My husband and I have been married about 2.5 years and just found out we'll be welcoming a baby boy
Re: Introduce yourself here!

We live in Brooklyn, NY with our furbaby.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
Our due date is 02/18/2020, although I keep thinking our child will be born on the 25th for some reason.
I am a 28 year old computer animator and game developer, my husband is a 26 year old Veterinary student.
This will be our first child, although we do have three cats, two dogs, and a bearded dragon.
We weren't exactly trying, but we are both incredibly excited to become parents!
One worry we have is concerning down syndrome, my husband and I both have high functioning autism (aspergers.)
Nice to meet you all.
We will be getting tested. On second look I did not word that very well. I apologize, allow me to elaborate. We know autisim does not coincide with down syndrom, we are worried our child will have both a physical development and social development disorder. It's irrational
