After struggling with unexplained infertility we conceived through IUI and are cautiously optimistic. Due February 18, 2020, but we live at high altitude where most all babies are born early and put on oxygen. We live in the mountains and I spend as much time as possible outdoors and I enjoy gardening and raising chickens and ducks to help keep me sane.
Hello everyone! I’m 31 and this will be baby #1 for me and hubby who is 34. We have been trying for just over 5 years and it finally happened!!! My EDD is 2/6/20 though first ultrasound said closer to 2/13/20.
@addno7 I don’t like to think of myself as geriatric but I know in the pregnancy world I am considered that and I will be 39 by the time February rolls around when I’m ready to deliver my first (and hopefully not last).
@FakeFinn Hi! So fun to see you here (I'm in the Dec '17 FB group, M. C.). Have you announced in the group yet? I wasn't sure if I missed it or if you were waiting--I won't say anything on there!
I did not see anyone reply about the cheat sheet acronyms. But i found it under the *board organization read first* under our Feb 2020 group. I had to figure out the ftm/stm must be first time mom, second time mom. That was not on the list.
Hey ! I am 21 years old and expecting... possibly more than one ! I thought i was 7 weeks however at my doc apt today i measured around 5 weeks and there seemed to be two gestational sacs !
I live on Long Island in NY and also a full time student studying psychology ! My boyfriend and I are excited but nervous for this journey !!
Hi all! I'm 27, from FL, and this will be baby #3 for us. DD1 is 4, DD2 is turning 3 in August, and #3 is due Feb 20 by my calculations. We also have a pet bunny. This was definitely a surprise for us, but we're excited! My husband and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary this August and planned a little getaway, which I'm excited. I have a rare brain condition called Chiari malformation, which means part of my brain is herniated out of my skull. It causes me to have seveeeeere headaches, nausea, fatigue, and more on a daily basis. Chronic pain is a struggle.
Hi! This is baby #2 for us. H and I are 33 and DD just turned 2. DD and this baby come from the same IVF batch we did in 2016. I’m due 2/20/20 which I think is an awesome EDD!
Hi everyone! I am shocked to be here! I have two kids, 4 and almost 2. DH and I were most ready to be done but got drunk a few weeks ago and decided to try for a third! I am stupidly happy and also feeling pretty foolish. We never got KU that easily the first time. I just got a squinter tonight. We live in MN and enjoy the short summers to their fullest.
Hi there! I’m cautiously introducing myself. *TW we have a three year old and have been trying for number two since her first birthday. We’ve had multiple losses and gone through IVF unsuccessfully. This time it just happened so we are hoping this one sticks. End TW* I have betas scheduled for Monday but think I will be due around the 26th. Here’s to a happy nine months and beyond for all of us!
Hello Ladies! We are due 2/2/20! I'm super excited about the due date, 2 is my favorite number! We live in Chicago, been together 10 years, married for 4. I'm 29, he's 31. This is our first baby and we're so excited. We've been trying since November but decided to take the summer off so this comes as a surprise!
Hello! I am seven weeks into my first pregnancy as of today and I'm due February 9, 2020. I'm a 28 year old PhD candidate living in California with my fiance, our cat, our Western fence lizard, several insect colonies, and a garden. There's a lot of life in our home! In a few months we'll be married (with a sizable bump in the photos, I'm sure) and next spring we'll be bringing home another life.
Even though we were trying for this pregnancy, it came as a bit of a surprise because we got pregnant on our first try! I didn't think that happened much. But we're both ecstatic that it has.
I expect the next several months to be difficult with planning a wedding, finishing my PhD, and carrying a pregnancy. But I've lasted the last few weeks of extreme nausea, so I'm optimistic I'll be able to handle whatever's next. Especially with the support of this group!
Hi everyone! I’m 34 years old and just found out earlier this week that I’m pregnant (EDD around 2/24). I have an 18 month old daughter and am thrilled to be giving her a sibling. I’m active with my previous bump group (Dec. 2017- hi @shellac835 and @FakeFinn!) and am looking forward to getting to know you all and for that support again. First month trying so I was pretty surprised to see a positive, but here we go again!
Hi! I’m from Nashville. I’m 32. This is baby #4 for us. We have a 10 month old and this is a huge surprise. My husband and I have been together 15 years, married for 7. We’re just trying to wrap our heads around another baby. We’ve never had them so close together so here goes another adventure!
Hello everyone! I'm 26 and this will be me and my husband's first. Our due date is February 1st and we are so very excited. We have our dating US coming up and I cant wait to hear baby's heartbeat. We have two cats and I work as a registered nurse.
Hi all! Very excited to be on this journey with all of you. This is my first pregnancy! I can't be entirely surprised that I'm pregnant (due to lack of contraceptive use), but between an irregular period and several months of unsuccessful attempts last year, I guess I wasn't expecting it to happen on our first renewed attempt! I was actually getting ready to sign up for a skydiving A-license course with some friends and held off on actually booking it because I just had a weird feeling...lol. Now I'm in the market for a good excuse for the next 7 weeks or so as to why I'm no longer interested in hurling myself at the ground from 14,000 feet.
I'm 29 and I live in SC with my husband of 6 years. Expected due date is 2/23/2020. As of right now I'm quietly hoping I'll be 6 days later than that and have a leap day baby! But I imagine I may feel less strongly about that after a few months of acid reflux, poor sleep, and back pain. First appointment in 3 weeks. I have two beagle mixes and two cats. I'm an attorney. I love reading, writing, and foreign languages.

34 y/o here and first time pregnant. We’ve tried for 18 months, and I’d just told my doctor I was throwing in the towel. We were getting ready for one last test then were going to start meds for two months before going to a fertility specialist. Found out I am pregnant shortly after asking for the test orders!
We have 5 rescue dogs, 4 chickens, and 1 duck. I also have a 10 y/o bonus daughter who asks daily for a sibling. I’m an attorney who now works at my alma mater.
EDD is 02/23. I had early symptoms, and now things fluctuate daily. No morning sickness. Nervous for our first US not being until 07/22. I admittedly struggle with anxiety, so I’m trying to take it day by day right now.
I'm cautiously making the move from TTGP to here. We did a FET on 06/12 and transferred one PGT embryo and I got my first BFP about a 7dp5dt. My first beta is scheduled for Tuesday. EDD is 02/28.
**TW** I had a MMC in January at around 7 weeks so I'm really nervous**end TW**
MH and I have been together for about 17 years and married for 5. He is a firefighter and I'm a former nurse who now manages the household. I have a nerve condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome that prevented me from working. There is some research that shows pregnancy can send it into remission so fingers crossed for some relief from the pain.

@stronginhim awesome! What field do you practice in? I'm a PD on my office's "hodgepodge" felonies team--property crimes, weapons charges, theft, financial, intermediate assault charges, etc., but moving to a drug caseload soon in hopes of specializing a little more in 4th Am stuff.
Yeah, 7/14 is the start of week 8 for me, and my doc starts with 8, then 12 week appointments, so they wanted my first to be that week. My doc is out of town for week 12, though, so they're having me come in for my 12th during week 11. I'd been on an irregular, avg. 40 day cycle, so the week of the 14th would appear to be 10 weeks for me if I'd had a normal 28 day cycle.

Hi ladies! 39, Pittsburgh girl, about 5 weeks pregnant, but won't know for sure until my 7/17 sonogram. I have 2 boys, 6 & 7. I was very active on my 2011 bmb, and am still close friends with quite a few girls. Had to make a new profile because I could not remember my username/password if you paid me. This little one is a surprise, but we are very excited. I'm waiting to tell my boys/anyone until after the sonogram. Still doesn't feel real. This will be my 3rd c-section. I am scared sh**less, to be honest. My first was a true emergency (he flatlined and was out within 2 minutes), and I unfortunately had to have a 2nd (my dr was very pro vbac) due to the damage from the first. I will be with a new dr/hospital this time. I'm trying to just keep breathing and take everything day by day.
Happy and excited to be here, and looking forward to getting to know all of you!
@pirateduck We have a broody chicken right now. She pretty much hates us and life right now since she has no babies. She was PISSED when my husband made her move to clean out the coop and nesting boxes yesterday. Wouldn't stop squawking at him.
Another chicken mama here! We hatched out a neighbors solo chick that they found pipping plus three day olds under our broody gal earlier this spring. She’s a great mom
Hi! I found out I was pregnant with baby #2 last week. My husband and I have an almost 2 year old. We live in Philadelphia and we are so excited to bring a second kid into the family!
Hi ladies, I’m cautiously introducing myself as I’ve had two prior losses and am really nervous, but super hopeful that this time it will work out. Hubby and I have been together for 12 years and married for 6 in September. EDD is 2/29 (yay leap day baby!). I work for a shoe company in NY, we live on Long Island, and we have a long haired calico cat who we’re both completely obsessed with. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!!
Hey, y'all! DD is Feb 24 (maybe we'll have a leap day baby!) Beyond happy to be here! Hubby and I are both 29; I'll turn 30 in March right after baby. We've been together 11 years and just celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. We recently moved near Knoxville, TN. I'm a special education teaching assistant, and thankfully off for the summer because I know my co-workers would figure it out! I had my first slightest, super faint positive on Father's Day! We're still in shock because it was our first month trying! Sooooo excited and can't wait for my first appointment and ultrasound on July 15. Planning to tell family the following weekend. Hubby is traveling for work that week and lots of family gatherings before that, so here's hoping we make it another month before spilling the beans!
Hello! I’m a STM with a 4yo DD. My EDD is 2/7, although given my history I’d surprised if they let me go to term. Am I still allowed in Feb2020? Anyways, I lurked the bump the last pregnancy and I’d like to be more involved this time!
@blairwaldorf20 welcome, you’re definitely allowed in the Feb2020 group!! We may just be a bit jealous when we are huge, nine months pregnant and you’ve already had your baby lol.
Re: Introduce yourself here!
I'm tentatively saying hello because I've already had problems and I've got a bad feeling about this pregnancy.
I'm 30, my husband is 34 and this will be our first. I'm definitely feeling uncertain about it all and don't really know how to feel.
We have a dog whom we love and are hoping this works out!
I live on Long Island in NY and also a full time student studying psychology ! My boyfriend and I are excited but nervous for this journey !!
EDD leap day!!
