Starting last week I started having clear discharge so I assumed it was the days leading up to ovulation. Then mid-week I started having tons of white stretchy discharge. Afterwards I still had some clear discharge and today I saw I had yellow cm. Did I already ovulate, or is it normal to have discharge after ovulation?
According to the ovulation calendar I should have ovulated a few days ago. I have 4 week cycles. (exactly 28 days.)
Re: EWCM for a week straight? Does it mean I haven't ovulated yet?
Hello! We cannot tell you if have ovulated. We are but strangers on the internet. Ovulation can only be confirmed by basal body temperature rise or ultrasound. I recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility for more information on using basal body temperature to confirm ovulation.
