    Glad I came on here, I think I have SPD. My pelvic bone is so painful every time I move or sit up or turn over in bed. It’s literally awful. Does anyone have any experience on what to do/how to make this better? I have a belly band that I guess I’m gonna start wearing daily but it’s really been awful. I’m so glad I can put a name to what it is! Any suggestions!? I’m here with open ears! Thanks ladies! And happy new year!

    @cdub4292 If you type “SPD exercises” into YouTube you will find some really good stuff. If you have one, try sitting on an exercise ball instead of the couch/chair at home. And when you get in and out of bed or a car, make sure you keep your knees together, instead of doing one leg then the other. If it gets really bad you can ask for a referral to physical therapy. Sorry you’re dealing with it. SPD pain sucks!
