@blackhottamales - feeling very normal, some mild cramps, but those have been around since I started PIO...oh and the very vivid dreams are back, though I am falling back asleep very easy FX that stays the same, bc last FET insomnia was awful!!

@blackhottamales I wish I could figure out how to stay distracted! I tried books (went through the Kevin Kwan trilogy in like 3 days - fun beach reads in the middle of this super cold fall), TV and movies, and still keep circling back I'm open to suggestions. At least, I'm back to work today so just trying to remember to take all my meds - anyone else on 5 suppositories a day? I'm grateful for no shots, but it gets messy.
@roisis have you had your acu yet? I feel like that always kind of helps with balancing the hormones I like the Headspace app too if you haven't tried it before
@babydust2507 that’s perfect...no way to tie that to anything specific and would look pretty normal for anyone to be part of that group. I’m going to make the group and will let y’all know.
Thanks for the support ladies! Transfer went well, embryo looked good and the acupuncture was really nice! Gonna go home, watch a funny movie and eat some pho 😋 I plan to do modified bed rest for a couple days too.

@babydust2507 We are ready for twins. We transferred two and got our son who is 4 years old now. We’re trying to look at it we will take whatever we’re blessed with. Easier said than done of course! Now have to try my hardest not to POAS too soon!

Ok i created the Facebook page...had to make a fake profile to add a friend in order to create the group. It’s under the name Woman’s Support Association. Search for it and add. The profile picture is a field of purple flowers. It’s a private group so only members will be able to see anything posted in it. The public can search it But cannot see posts. You can either message me your email/Facebook name and i can add you, or you can search the group and request it. I added questions so I know whoever requests the group is coming from here.

@babydust2507 I’m definitely going to POAS. It’s just a matter of when. I can’t control myself. I tested with my son before my actual beta. I will probably wait at least a week if I can.

@roisis Your DH sounds so sweet to buy you roses and cook dinner, etc. I love that he's being so supportive and trying to keep you relaxed.
@dreamunoz I'm glad you're liking the acupuncture! It really is so relaxing; I maintain that if that's the only thing it does for me, it will still be worth it. As for the moxa, a friend on TTTC has also had that done. I think it would scare me to have fire on my belly, but it sounds like it doesn't really burn you? Only one day until FET!! I'm so happy that they bumped it so far up for you. That's fantastic!
I'd be interested, but I left FB a few years ago, after the election. Like @mama2b1974 I'm also just on IG at this point, but maybe I'll create a new profile and join you all. I know you can do private groups on TB. Not sure if the format is any different.
@blackhottamales I stopped drinking entirely in August because I felt it couldn't hurt and at this point I'm willing to try anything. Warm red wine sounds so good right now....

@mama2b1974 I love that your embryo enjoyed the thawing process and trip into your womb. I've never even heard about cells being lost during thawing. It's nice that they tell you that. Good luck holding out on POAS.
@hereforthebabies I basically did a forced bedrest because I immediately developed a cold and fever after my transfer. Fantastic. But I was planning on taking it easy anyway. My RE says bedrest is unnecessary, but I'm sure it doesn't hurt. I have tried to walk slower, which is hard for me because I live in a city and I'm a fast walker.
Welcome @sarac986! Wow, I am so sorry to hear about your loss of embryos during the thaw process. That is just so...frustrating isn't even the right word. I'm really glad you have three left, though. Good luck!

*TW* AFM My first beta on Sunday was 202. That's the best we've ever had, but I'm still very nervous because we never get good news on the second beta. I've got my phone off today so I'm not tempted to listen to the voicemail from my clinic until I get home and am with DH.
@Bababatty my pills and lupron are going well, thanks I don't feel any different though, I'm not sure if thats a good thing or not!

AFM- upped my Estrogen pills from 1 pill twice per day to 2 pills twice per day per my protocol paperwork (starting this morning). Go in Thursday for blood and sono! Excited and nervous cause I assume they will tell me how my lining is doing!

ASM...went to the doctor today for a last lining check before tomorrow’s transfer. They said it’s between a 9 and 10...last transfer I was at an 8...so maybe the acupuncture/moxa/eating and drinking warm only helped thicken a bit. I feel more relaxed going into this transfer than i did the last one so that’s good!

@babydust2507 my estrogen level was 3131with my son and my lining was 10.66 thickness. This time my estrogen level was 427 last week (the last time they checked it) and my lining was 12.1 thickness also last checked last week. I’ve been taking my estrace two times per day per the MD order. My first time was a fresh cycle while this time was a FET.
