@madreofdragons - We don't actually use them to swaddle  But I love muslin blankets so I'm buying them all.

@Evergreenmist - normally I wouldn't buy anything this early, either. But it was out of stock for two weeks, so I had to jump on it. Their stuff is the best.

@kayjay44 - my girlfriend raves about this brand! I’ve been stalking Copper Pearl products for a bit and may have ordered one of their hats before the pee was even dry on the test.

It’s official. None of my pants fit me anymore. I have one loose dress and one elastic waisted skirt that still fit. Otherwise, I’m going everywhere in sweatpants. I’m only 7 weeks!

I’ve been living almost exclusively in maxi skirts.

@PizzaMonster3 @kayjay44 I’m super active on my A’16 FB group from here too. There’s about 30 of us in that one, so we’re all pretty close. I’ve been laying low and holding out on sharing this news until I heard the HB (which has been almost painful) and now that I have, I think I’ll tell them now!

I've since move on to Kickee. Their swaddles are amazing.

Speaking of Tula. I’m already stalking prints to see what I want in a FTG. I owe my husband a less foofy carrier. My Tula from DD is Dear Diary (glittery unicorns and rainbows)

Ive heard so many good things about kickee! The patterns are so cute but the sleeves look super tight in pictures. Have you experienced that? It’s the only thing holding me back. I just envision myself trying to pull sleeves on my kid and my hand slipping and punching him in the face (accidentally)

@BourbonBiscuits I love kickee. The sleeves are so soft and stretchy, they're not difficult to put on at all. My kids lived in their stuff as infants.

I’m a Nuroo swaddle fan.

I broke and I’m wearing my smallest maternity jeans. My fat pants fit but are uncomfortable and sitting in them is torture.

@BourbonBiscuits here is my toddler in 18-24 Kickee a few months ago. Sleeves are definitely snug, but they’re do-able. 

@madreofdragons this is probably my favorite Tula that I currently own. I have 4-5 of them, but no FTGs. I think I’ll try for one this time around. I prefer full WCs though.

Ah rats I’m stuck in the box. The resale market is in the dumps so you can get some pretty sweet deals on the BSTs now for WCs! I was in when market was sky high and now that it’s tanked, it’s a buyers world. Tula No Hassle BST is the biggest and easiest one IMO.

Same for my May12 FB group. There’s just about 185 of us on there and it seems like a ton but we’ve stayed close all these years. It’s a nice, little sisterhood.

If you couldn’t already tell, I’m feeling extra pissy today. Our HR a lady screwed up my paycheck for 6/15 to the tune of almost $500 missing. Said she would make it up with this check and it’s not in my direct deposit. And she won’t answer her phone or email (I’m out of the office for the summer - I work at a school) to tell me when I can come get the check. Like I’m sorry, I don’t have an extra $500 in my monthly budget. Yeah we can pull from savings but bitch that’s my money! So I emailed her boss (our CFO).

She (HR lady) just said she isn’t going to cut me a check, she was just planning to not take deductions from my check over the next few months “until the overpayment is taken care of.” Girlfriend doesn’t know I'm pregnant but she’s about to get my foot straight up her butt if she thinks that’s gonna fly. 

I took like 3 deep breaths and sent a carefully worded response. Not sure if she knows I already told her boss what was going on.

H works for a smaller company (only about 25 employees) The HR lady quit so the payroll is the responsibility of someone who works an excavator for a living... He's 'forgotten' payroll four times now so thats 4 weeks we've gone without a paycheck.

@PizzaMonster3 @okayestmom12 *tw* prior to my MC in April, I told my A16 girls immediately.. but I was kind of embarrassed and depressed for jumping then gun and then losing the baby (which I know is stupid of me to feel that way, but..) that I didn’t want to tell them again until I knew for sure this time. I didn’t want them worrying about me.

Love that we’re all raging together on this. She’s out of town until next week so I basically said enjoy your vacation, I’ll go see the CFO on Monday and she can cut me a check. CFO is totally on my side.
