Still on the ice cream bar every night. I just got a giant cupcake that I'm excited to eat! Carbs and cheese are my Staples. Loving fruits - they are taste 100 times better than before pregnant. Baby still doesn't love broccoli and vinegar dressings for salads. I gag every time I try to eat them.
Me 33 DH 41 TTC since 2016 Due: October 12, 2018 Location: Ontario, Canada
@chyvie I too noticed fruit tasted 1000% better but mine only lasted for like 2-3 weeks and while I still love fruit it doesn't taste as flipping amazing anymore.
I’m kind of picky right now, which is weird for me.
However, what I really wanted for a snack was bananas and peanut butter. No peanut butter in the kitchen, so I had a banana drizzeled with honey and topped with walnuts. Tasty, but not the same.
I just realized that I said it is weird for me to be picky, but that probably doesn’t make sense given my previous comments - being a picky eater seems to be an ongoing pregnancy symptom.
Pre-pregnancy, I ate almost anything (except sushi).
@mamabearcj@chopchop25 Now I want peanut butter m&ms, but I’m curious how they’re different from Reese’s pieces?? I loveee those, and wish I had some now too!
Ive just been eating everything, all the time. Got a package of Newman-o’s over the weekend, which I’ve been enjoying nightly. Love me some cookies and milk!
Aren't reeces pieces just Pb in a candy coating? No chocolate? Pb m&ms have a softer Pb center, chocolate around that, and then a candy coating... Mmmm noe I want some.
Went to Steak and Shake for dinner with friends. I had a Jr Reese’s peanut butter cup shake. I could have skipped the burger and fries and been just as happy.
Ive been having to eat lots of small meals because my stomach gets full quickly. LOTS of dairy, cheese, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, ice cream. Baby can't get enough fruit either- berries, clementines, apples, mango, fruit smoothies. Lots of pasta. Baby is still picky about certain meats.
a TON of fruit. I eat a few kiwis and a mango every afternoon. I swear they taste like they were just picked today.
Also, Franks Red Hot on any meat or eggs. And then my nightly ice cream (currently in a gallon of spumoni). Anything I drink has to have lemons in it- water, green tea, lemonade. I'm with @macheno though, I feel like I'm getting full so much faster!
I couldn't get enough of the island fruits when we were in Hawaii a couple of weeks ago. Pineapple, mango, coconut, etc. My belly started showing more while we were there, and we joked because it was I was only eating round foods.
I have a stockpile of chili lime Kettle chips that are my go-to when I'm hungry again approx 45 mins after dinner.
I'm also craving salads, prob because my iron is a little low. I like arugula with cucumbers and tomatoes and a vinaigrette best. Our tomatoes are starting to get awesome.
Re: What My Pregnant Self is Eating - June
Also, all pasta-related items, spinach and artichoke anything, and cheese everything.
Carbs and cheese are my Staples.

Definitely still eating my rainbow sherbet ice cream every night. It has become a staple in my diet.
