Hi! I’m 23 and DH is 24. We’ve been married a year, and we actually got the BFP on our anniversary. We weren’t planning it that way, but I was experiencing symptoms that morning, so we decided to go ahead and take the test. EDD is 2/6. This will be our first. I’m still a little in shock about the whole thing because even though we were trying, I didn’t expect this to happen quite so soon.
I'm Krysta - DH and I have been married for almost 6 years and together for 9. We have a DD who is 4 and a DS who is 2. I'm a corporate paralegal in Seattle and live just north of the city. #3 was always in the cards, but the BFP came as a bit of a surprise as we were going to wait until the fall to TTC. Because my cycles are still wonky post #2, I'm not sure when I O'd or conceived but I'm guessing I'm about 5 weeks based on CP/CM during what I think what O. I tend to have my babies a little early, so I could end up having a late Jan 2019 baby, but I'm joining in here. I'm still active with my other TB groups and look forward to getting to know you all!
ETA: I'm also snarky AF and super laid back when it comes to pregnancy. You've been warned.
Hi, I'm 30 and DH is 31, we've been married for 4 years, just celebrated our anniversary last week. We've been TTC for 3. And Sunday we finally got our BFP via IVF!!!
@kayjay44 I’m also in Seattle! I wish I also shared your laidback-ness regarding pregnancy. Maybe when the second trimester rolls around.
@grebretso - I work near the stadiums and live in Edmonds - we got priced out what kind of houses we wanted in Seattle, so we moved up here almost 5 years ago!
@kayjay44 Edmonds is nice! We live in the city but we’re renting for now. When we’re ready to buy it’ll probably not be near Seattle, we’ve been talking about moving out of state eventually because everything here is just too expensive. Our current rental is cheap for what it is, which is completely unheard of. We got lucky! I work on the north end of Lake Union near the U-district.
DS born 2/18/2019 DD born 4/1/2023 Baby #3 EDD 11/21/2024
@grebretso - Cool! DH and I went to UW and both lived in Wallingford (at the same time, but didn't know each other). The housing market is insane - we bought in July 2013 (the bottom of the real estate market here) and got outbid by so many all cash offers. Edmonds isn't as bad, but our house has doubled in value in almost 5 years. Our neighbors with the same floor plan but a bigger lot and an addition/more updates are selling right now for $650,000. It's crazy.
@kayjay44 holy crap! Yeah even if I could drop that kind of cash on a house, I wouldn’t. You bought at the right time! I’m waiting till the market crashes or moving.

Hello! First time pregnant! I’m 31 and live in New England with my husband (we married just this past month) and our yellow lab. EDD is February 7th. My husband and I are both so excited to be expecting and so grateful. It is nice to have a place to come and chat with other women due around the same time as me! Thank you!
Hey y’all! First baby over here! I’m 29 and been married about 4 years. Guesstimated my due date to be 2/9 based on LMP. Won’t have my first US until the first week of July. Finally convinced myself to stop taking pregnancy tests but feeling pretty anxious until I see that visual confirmation! Look forward to learning more on her.
I am so excited to be here! I’m 31 and my boyfriend is 39. My EDD is February 8th and I will be 6 weeks tomorrow! I’m sure that will change though. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 25 and have irregular cycles. So who knows when I’m actually due! Lol. After being diagnosed I wasn’t sure I would ever have children. I am so over the moon to be pregnant.
My first appointment is tomorrow and I am looking forward to it!
Ps. I changed my user name yesterday but it doesn’t seem to have stuck

Hey guys my name is Lauren I am a stay at home mom of an almost 2 year old little boy (he turns two on Father’s Day). My husband and I have been married for just over 3 years now (together for 8 years) I’m still very early in my pregnancy 4 weeks and 1 day but I’m causesly optimistic!! My edd is Feb 21st!
Hello. New to this kind of discussion board with all these acronyms, lol. I'm 31, expecting my third child on Feb 9. I have two sons, 10 & 7. I'm from Washington, but I'm currently living in Missouri with my ex-husband/ father of my kids. We were high school sweeties, dated for a few years, then married for 5 years, and divorced for 5 years. We've been 'dating' for six months...and just conceived our first child out of wedlock- Hahaha. Life is a trip. Obviously very much unplanned, but a baby is always a blessing, so I'm honored to be the vessel to bring this child earthside. A little girl has visited me in my dreams for years, so I'm anxious to see if this is where we meet. Congratulations to all of you and prayers for a healthy road ahead!
Hi! Just got my bfp last night! Super faint line but it was there. Edd is February 22nd. Lots of symptoms, stronger than with my first 10 years ago. I got pregnant by IUI last time. (Ex-husband couldn’t have kids). I’m 40, 41in September, so I’m a little nervous. But nausea, boobs are so sore, and I’m so bloated. Clothes are so tight already. Smells are really setting me off. I’m starving constantly! Took a test after fluid leaked out of my nipples, figured that was a pretty good clue I was pregnant. I had a loss in October and another in March, so I’m a little nervous right now. BFP was really faint. I had to look really close to see it. Won’t even show up in a photo. But my fiancé saw it too. I didn’t point it out because I wanted to see if he saw it first. He definitely did. Going to test again tomorrow to see if it’s darker.
